I suffered from Lyme and co infections for 18 years now. I can relate to EVERY symptom, pain, everything you mentioned I went through. I'm much better now but I'm not the same anymore. I was very active. I still have to limit myself as far as fatigue, weakness. I can only do so much then I have to rest, lay down. I just can't shake the fatigue. There is one thing I didn't hear you mention that has happened to me...I can not be outside too long in direct sunlight in summertime when temps are high. Not even an hour. In 5mins I am sweating terribly. My face is soaked, my whole and neck get hot, if I try to do anything for even a short period I am drenched, my hair gets soaked. And my face gets red. It's like I worked in a garden ALL day! It was about 3 yrs before any doctor would test me because I didn't know of getting any tick bit, nor did I have a bulls eye rash! When I did get tested of course the results were very high. By that time I was bedridden , my legs and feet hurt, I could hardly walk and when I did my gait was off, it felt like a had a bowling ball on my shoulders that my head felt so heavy. My neck was excruciatingly painful, all my bones hurt, joints, muscles, I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands, trigger fingers...then later my knee swelled up. Guess what? They gave me a knee replacement! I still didn't know I had Lyme. Of course the doctors didn't know crap about it. My eyeballs hurt, terrible forehead pain, I would just massage my forehead with my hands pushing really hard. I went to several other physicians. They did discover I had thyroid disease, my thyroid was eating itself. Plus my vitamin D was way to low. I didn't go out much it was too bright, noises bothered me, my ears rang. Yes I was finally treated with a Lyme protocol of of about 6 meds to take for 3 months. Made me more sick, but f8nally I felt a bit better...that took about 8 yrs. I've gotten maintenance treatments every 12 to 18 months. I slowly changed my diet, I haven't had bread for several years, pasta, white potatoes, anything with yeast in it, I drink water 95% of the time. I can drink a glass of water with the juice of a whole lemon. No sugar. No cakes, cookies, candy. You get used to it after awhile. Esp3cially if you eat a slic3 of pizza it could make you sick for a few weeks. I can't remember everything, I guess this is enough. But I'm still fatigued and I sleep 12 hours. Oh, I also had Bells Palsy on one side of my face, not really bad but I didn't know it until I noticed in the mirror I only smiled with half my mouth. I also had severe brain fog and for awhile my speech suffered, I spoke very slow with emptiness in between each word, knowing what I wanted to say but could not think of the words sometimes. Thank you for listening.

the bloated belly pushing up the diaphragm.... I know, I got jealous of pregnant women because not only would that end, but it's a joyful reason to have the symptoms. Same thing with kidney stones.

Interested in hearing more of how to help with gallbladder pain. I have heard from Dr. William Davis it is from SIBO. Dr. Ben Lynch says to use Ox Bile at bedtime with charcoal. What are your suggestions?

I spoke to you about carpel tunnel..my hands were locked up..and you were right it was limbic system resistance. It's gone now. 5 1/2 months into DNRS and it's helping me. But, I know I need somatics and trauma work too.
