HEALED from Ehlers Danlos, POTS, MCAS, & MORE!

Hey friends! Sorry it's been SOOO long since my last video, but I explain what's happened over the past few years in this video. Here's the program that I used to come back from death's doorstep, literally: luannehopkinson.com/book-now/ and happywithouthistamine.com.
Due to the number of requests I've received for additional information, coaching, mentorship, etc, I have set up a Patreon where you can access exclusive content as well as book on-on-one phone or video calls, the private Heartsong community chat, group coaching sessions, and more. / heartsongrenewed

My beautiful daughter did not survive this illness. She was like you, but now she lives with Jesus. She was 22. The most traumatic and horrible thing to experience. But she was also at that point of being ready to go home. She was in so much pain. I have several other children (and myself) with EDS, gastroparesis, POTS, MCAS etc. I hope and pray none of them ever get as sick as their older sister was. Your healing is a miracle!

I'm so, so sorry for your loss. I lost a dear friend and fellow warrior who had the same illnesses I did. I only wish I had known then what I know now. But my consolation is that I will see her again! She was a beautiful ambassador for Christ all the way until her last moments.

Maybe I am just too stubborn, but I have never believed for one second that I would be sick for the rest of my life. I have been able to get so much relief just from moving my body and eating good nourishing foods, and I have been learning so much about nervous system/brain retraining and I fully believe that it can bring about complete healing. Thank you so much for sharing your story. People think things are impossible right up until they witness it happening, and the more people share their stories of healing, the more it empowers others to discover their own. ❤

I’m sending him this video. Unfortunately he rejects Christ at this time. But I’m trying to reach him every day. Please pray for my Ethan! Also my other son Jac, is has EDS, MCAS, ADHD, is probably autistic and acute adrenal insufficiency. He’s on steroids and I absolutely abhor it. They need healing! I guess I don't understand why people praise God. Many people get terrible diseases and don't know why. They die with it. I cannot understand why God creates bodies that are so frail that most people do not heal. It appears random and spurious that some find answers and get healed and others die. Its easy for her to "praise God" because she got answers. What about the person who does not get answers? What does that say about God?

So good especially the part about Jesus being the healer - amen to that! I recently diagnosed myself with MCAS, POTS, hEDS and had it confirmed by my new functional medicine GP who has free nutrionist/herbalist/naturopathic support. Just starting a strict low histimine diet, supplements and retraining my mind. I learned this years ago from reading a book on the mind/body connection by Dr John Sarno and got off all meds, no pain etc but then years later after more trauma, I somehow forgot all I had learned. I know 100% I have the answer from the Lord that I have been praying for. Praise the Lord for your healing and for mine - and for many, many others with these conditions.

I had typed a long response and posted it, but apparently KZread deleted it. Ugh. I'm so sorry. I had forgotten to put my practitioner's info in the description, but I've added it now. Some of the things I did were intensive nervous system retraining, gut microbiome testing and customized supplement protocol, low histamine diet, as well as grounding/earthing for hours every single day. Check out the Earthing Movie here on KZread as well as the Earthing book by Clint Ober. Dr. Laura Koniver's channel is amazing as well. But the number one most important thing (and the missing link when every holistic treatment I tried in the past failed) is nervous system work. Brain retraining, vagus nerve regulation, etc. My nervous system was telling my immune system, cardiovascular system, digestive system, urinary system, and more to go haywire. Once I addressed that, and was able to shift out of freeze and fight/flight (sympathetic state), I was able to heal. Look into polyvagal theory as well as psychoneuroimmunology.

I dont have MCAS (at least no sign of it). I am struggling with POTS and Vasovagal Syncope, do you think the anti-histamine program would be important, or just the nervous system work? I also didn't believe I had MCAS, until I completed the symptom survey on Www.mastcell360.com and saw that I had almost the highest score you can get! My PCP started me on mast cell stabilizers because we had nothing left to try, and he just wanted to see if it would help. When it did (slightly), I knew MCAS was a culprit so I joined Happy Without Histamine. I had NO idea the program would heal everything, but after reading Dr. Afrin's book, "Never Bet Against Occam," I learned that MCAS was at the root of virtually everything I had going on (including POTS and EDS), and that a dysregulated method nervous system was at the root of the MCAS. So I would recommend taking that test on her website before giving up on the possibility of MCAS as a contributing factor. ❤️

After each pregnancy my symptoms got much worse, and after the third, my health completely fell apart. But knowing what I know now about healing the nervous system and recovering from MCAS, I would not be afraid to have children. None of children have symptoms, but as a precaution, I am teaching them principles of nervous system health and healthy coping mechanisms at a young age. However, I did also have congenital anatomical deformities that made my case especially difficult: Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrom and Nutcracker Syndrome. Since having both of those surgically corrected with a MALS release and kidney auto-transplant, they are no longer an issue.

I recommend the links in the description, as well as checking out my Instagram and Patreon, as I share loads of content in those places. Lots of freebies on IG, and Patreon has more personal, BTS content as well as priority messaging and the option to book one-on-ones with me. Www.instagram.com/heartsong_renewed Www.patreon.com/heartsongrenewed My Healing, Grounding, and Nervous System highlights on IG are a good starting point. 😊

This seems an aweful lot like a very subtle and clever commercial for this practitioner. I sure hope it’s not, because this sounds exactly like what I need. If you promise this is not a commercial and you’re completely speaking the truth, you have no idea how much hope this video instilled in me, even though I am no where near as sick as you claimed to be. What kind of nervous system “work” was recommended? What exercises/habits/thought patterns helped you the most? Thanks for sharing

I recognize your username from the subs. I'm looking at this program too. Do you want to chat? We can talk about it and do it together

Nope, totally not a commercial. I'm not paid or compensated in ANY way for this testimonial. I only share because it literally saved my life, and gave me back LIFE for the first time ever. I share MUCH more on my Instagram, including daily practices, updates, etc, so feel free to follow along over there and see my actualprogress for yourself. 😊 Http://instagram.com/_havenhomestead_

I am so encouraged by your story. Did your genetic markers for ED go away? I have a different connective tissue mutation that I’m curious now about possibilities to improve.

That's fine. Go ahead and be a skeptic. I know what happened to me. I also healed from Periodic Paralysis, which I was told was genetic and incurable. There is zero proof HEDS is genetic.
