I had an encounter with Lyme disease and I live in Southern California. The Physician could not believe it but I showed her the iconic sign of it on my arm. I took erythromycin. I do not live in diseased area clearly but I have a PhD in microbiology and remember so well in the 80s the discovery of the cause and treatment of Lyme disease. And I knew a couple of people who suffered horrible consequences of untreated because it was before it was understood. It was reported to the local public health department

I know someone who got it in Northern California, so this does not surprise me. She had really bad fibromyalgia and eventually died of colon cancer... but I think the latter was due to visits to the conventional butcher counter.

If I sat down it took hours for my feet to stop hurting when I stood up. I did a liver cleanse of cranberry juice, lemon, apple vinegar, and water 3x a day for a month. My feet are better🤣. So grateful God gave us the wisdom to heal naturally. Praying you make a full recovery soon.

I’m sure that you are strong enough to continue fighting your cravings for chocolate and peanut butter. However, I thought you might like to know that Russell Stover has a variety of sugar free chocolate candy made with dark chocolate and stevia - like peanut butter cups. Some people say that stevia is not 100% keto because it’s got maltodextrin in it. I also see soy and palm oil - not clean keto but still “keto friendly”. But you can get your chocolate and peanut butter fix. I also found a keto ice cream recipe online and added 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and 3 tablespoons of Lily’s sugar free chocolate chips and it came out awesome! Again, “keto friendly” but I am not sorry at all!

Have you ever tried grounding for your arthritis? I grew up on a Native American reservation and was taught that rubber soled shoes make you sick. To remedy this, go outside barefoot and stand on the earth for 10 minutes. Our bodies are electrical and if you don't have contact with the earth, there's no way for the built up energy charge to dissipate. This causes extreme inflammation, arthritis in many people and can really help. You can also buy sheets that can hook up to the electrical ground to ground you during sleep. Before rubber shoes were a thing, everyone wore leather soled shoes, this is an organic material so it doesn't insulate your feet from the earth, but now most people are constantly insulated. Not good.

I'm absolutely convinced that my husband has Lyme disease. He did test negative a few years ago, but the past 6 months, I've been worried sick about him. His heart races, he vomits, has zero energy, he has severe foot pain, & says it feels like he's being STABBED with hypodermic needles, (his exact description is way more morbid), pulsatile tinnitus, & more symptoms I'm forgetting. Back in September, he went for a regular PCP appointment, & she immediately sent him to the ER because of his heart rate. Thanks to covid, & the lack of staff, I sat in the car for 11 hours while they did some blood work, a CT scan, & an ECG, all of which were normal. We went to see a cardiac doctor, who has yet to give any clwwr diagnosis, & his follow up isn't until April. So, while he's been off of work, & not doing much thanks to his symptoms, I'm a nervous wreck. I'm still recovering from a spinal surgery back in 2019 that left me unexpectedly parapalegic, & in a wheelchair for almost a year. Then exactly 2 months after my first back surgery, I unexpectedly lost my 31 year old son. It hit me last night that he could possibly have Lyme disease, & tonight I turned youtube on, & your video popped up. I'm a regular viewer, & haven't watched for a few months, so seeing this tonight was some serious SERENDIPITY! I'm also, all about those supplements, & will be looking into what you are doing. I seen the Shilajit, & have gotten it a few times, but not in a pill version, but the straight up blzck, gooey mess, but that stuff is AMAZING!!! I'm bound & determined to get back to normal, & not go a 3rd year without my yearly ABUNDANCE!!!! This is the longest time we've gone "fruitless", so to speak. My husband grew up on a farm. He took me out of Pittsburgh 25 yrs ago, & I've been a changed woman ever since! I need my ol man diagnosed, & FIXED!!!!! I love your family, & I'm grabbing another coffee & binge watching to catch up, & learn some more. I'm praying for yinz all!!!! Thank you all so much for sharing your enriched (with hiccups) lives with us. And, I'm so happy to see you're on the mend.

@@pamelaremme38 Yes!!!! I am 100% as aware as you. A tiny bit of my issues: Since my first back surgery in 2016 (the same year we bought this house), I've been sleeping upstairs, & the smart meter is basically behind my head. I've only recently noticed the tinnitus I've been dealing with has been insane, & the past few days it's turned into what sounds like 10 mosquitoes fighting in my right ear, always the right, & when the noise starts, a headache almost always comes soon after. As for my husband, he's in the basement, & sleeps near our modem. We're in a small town, so 5g isn't an issue & the nearest cell tower is pretty close, within a mile. I wouldn't be surprised if this is an issue with his health.

I'm so glad you're doing well! I really like Magnesium L-threonate and Magnesium Glycinate, as they're gentle on our stomachs. I'm not a fan of folic acid as it doesn't agree with my undermethylation condition. Will keep praying!

Thank you for letting me know about carnivore for Lyme disease. I am 63 years old and got two bad bug bites last summer. Had Lyme disease 30 years ago. Got it again this summer. I've been doing carnivore since January 1st and am feeling much, much better. Thanks to you. God bless

Justin the leg pain can be very serious. I had leg pain myself and had to have my right leg amputated summer. I am 70 years old and diabetic. Find a doctor that can send you for an LLE Arterial Duplex. Leg pain can indicate poor blood. I hope I am wrong but you don't need to take a chance. I love your videos, the ones with the kids being involved are my favorite.

I have gone from paleo to keto with intermittent carnivore, and my painful arthritis only cleared up, and did so completely, after getting off of dairy --I ate raw dairy, and then only raw goat--but both kept up the arthritis. I was just curious if you ever tried a carnivore diet without dairy, and if that helped you at all? Thanks for bringing us along on your journey. What a lovely family you have.

Kachava protein drink think has prebiotic and bunch of other things in it. I'm loving those. I'm hoping starting in Jan to try to recover heal my son autism. See what helps him. Justin, Someone young that I know, in Israel, got an arthritis. After visiting numerous doctors to avoid steroid shots they found a really good doctor who did tests said that it started from oats and peanut butter. Basically, there is mold that is in those two products that causes arthritis. And it's because of how those products are made that some molding can't be avoided, and we shouldn't consume these products.

There is a keto pudding recipe that is 10 hardboiled eggs(I like scrambled better) 1/4 cacao powder, 13.5 oz can full fat coconut milk, 2tsp vanilla, 1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener, some water up to 1/2 cup. Hi speed blender until smooth. It sets up overnight. It's a delicious mousse.

I don't understand.....aren't you growing your own food to be able to eat good healthy foods that will keep you healthy and not need any supplements? It just seems that you are taking so many pills to help keep this and that healthy. I'm not putting you down for doing it, I just want to learn. You do you and if it can help other too, that is great! Love the videos!

When you get something such as Lyme, even the best food will not cure it. Stronger measures are needed, that is where the supplements come in.

Growing your own food is a great source of vitamins and minerals however it doesn’t provide you with all of your essentials. Your body uses up what it needs and let’s go of the rest. Sometimes your body is so depleted of a certain vitamin or mineral because it had focused on putting extra towards healing that one problem. Many vitamins and minerals have multiple “uses” for the body. Sometimes we have to take “extra” of something to restore normal levels and help bring the body back into balance. Every “symptom” is a sign of imbalance in our body. Natural medicine helps restore that balance by feeding your body.

He’s growing his own food but kinda doesn’t eat it since he’s strictly keto, which in its own can be the source of inflammation according to my cardiologist and other doctors out there. Many of those supplements are plant based so I was thinking that maybe he’d be better off with veggies from his garden rather than all that bacon wrapped everything. Not a doctor though. But baffled quite a bit here.

Co-infection. Sure... The thing is that you need to find out what causes that. I can tell you. It's your infection in your mouth where the implant is. This infection is right where the meridians are. Solution is easy: Get the implant out and get the infection healed up. (And if I were you, I would not ever get the implant put back!) If you have root canals in your mouth, I advise you to take those teeth out too. Root canals are slowly killing us.
