So the only thing you should have as your main or center for is yourself. Always take care of yourself. You only get one body so make sure you keep it in good shape. Don't let others destroy it with their hostility or That disrespect you. Walk away from those who disrespect you find the ones that do respect you. Love with all your heart and soul but love the ones that will really appreciate it. Not the ones that will take it for granted. Things that have helped me tremendously. Exercising 3 times a week. Drinking less alcohol (none preferably), eating healthy, getting enough quality sleep, taking a multi vitamin, along with omega3 and vitamin D. Finding out what I'm allergic to and cutting it out. Metamucil before bed. Creatine HCl. Red light therapy. Staying hydrated. Having no debt. Not over eating. Having a smaller group of good friends who are successful, rather than 100s of sorta, friends.

Very good sharing. I apply most of it. Life has to go on and watch out to be able to live peacefully and decently.
