That’s what band class is for. Unfortunately they teach you orchestral music though. Tubas and clarinets and xylophones and the like. No guitar, and certainly no drums, least not like this here.

Unfortunately, this country jeeps electing people who want to constantly cut taxes in the rich, refuse to give teachers paradises, and refuse to fund education in general. The result: Gym classes are now once every 8 days, schools without instruments, and sub par teachers because the schools cannot compete against private industry for pay.

I love the idea of a School of Rock. But let them join the class that suits their level. Honestly I hate that if you're in grade 11 and decide you wanna learn how to play an instrument, you get thrown into grade 11 Band class, instead of the beginner level. If there was a Rock School, have different levels rather than different grades. In grade 12 but never touched a guitar in your life? Go to level 1. In grade 9 and already play the drums like a pro? Go to level 5. Heck, let non-students come in. You're 35 and wanna take your skills to the next level? Come on in! The School of Rock welcomes anyone with an enthusiasm for rock, and a desire to learn.

@Cuzz Ican video was filmed from back stage to the side. This is an area where the sound isn't the greatest since the main speakers are facing away from that spot. Thats why they need ear monitors so they can hear the sound themselves. LOVE how Alex just ripped them outta his ears like "Dont need that leash man...i got da beat! LOL
