I loved that feud lol. Russo'esque booking done right, total Freddy vs. Jason panto silliness & it was great. Was the closest Orton's ever got to something vaguely resembling the monster he was between 07-09. Should've been Funhouse II. Obviously crowds being back for Mania makes it less effective, but that's clearly what the feud was shooting for, cheesy stipulation to cap off a cheesy feud. Would've been a different type of Funhouse too, darker tone - and unlike Cena, I'm sure Orton would've fought back.

TBF WWE's failure to create new women stars or burrying someone like Rhea Ripley into oblivion can be attributed to their heavy overreliance of the Four Horsewomenand to be honest it's time to move on from them. However I like heel Bayley since it's a radical departure of her previous goody-two-shoes babyface persona and the Big Time Becks 'heel' run is good - hope they make her and Seth Rollins a heel power couple (I think WWE wanted Seth's feud with Edge to have went on through Wrestlemania involving Lynch and Beth Phoenix as well, but gotta satisfy those Saudi viewers)

The match itself was awesome with some genuine smart booking (the One Winged Angel rope spot) but yes the ending was embarrassing. Uh, no, they're not the same at all. Omega/Moxley was a _botch,_ and it was the _post-match angle_ after Omega pinned Moxley to win that was a screw-up. In Reigns/Balor, the horribleness was _the actual finish of the match,_ with Roman only winning because, uh, God is on his heel-ass side? And this wasn't a botch, it was _intentional._ Omega/Moxley was an embarrassing screw-up that said AEW needs to vet their pyro sources better and spend more on them. Reigns/Balor was a loud public declaration "OUR WRITERS ARE ACTUAL LEGIT IDIOTS!"

They become frightened not because they are real zombies, but because there people dressed as zombies are extreme method actors who are willing to actually bite you to stay in character. This way the wrestlers can be scared without them being dumb enough to think zombies are real
