Honestly the army survival guide just covers the basics of what the army teaches not all of it entirely but they have a book in the states that covers all three I think it's called "the ultimate survival handbook" or something but nothin beats being taught by the pros and actually doing it before hand. And good ol fashioned prep. A bug out bag is just a good thing to have in general a singular place that you keep all your stuff.

Here is some tips from me: 1.stay at your home for 2-5 days to let the spread Cool down a bit 2.learn the zombies's behavior 3.go out side with mele weapon and one gun(emergency only) 4.find/make stronger weapon 5.only group up with people with 2-4 people(5-10 if all of you have great Bond an each one of you have good ability) 6.dont stay at one place. Move every 1-5 days and if you run out of place go with a boat,map,and compas 7.reproduce(try to repopulate the humans) Hope this help

There's another way 1. go up a high tree 2.get your gun 3. Live up there 4. One day get out... It kind of a way Tell me if anything bad happened if u follow!

Best way to survive the zombie apocalypse is go to Ikea. There's wifi which is always nice, there's food water and furniture, you can use sports equipment and parts of furniture as weapons, and most importantly Ikea isn't just a shop, it's a warehouse meaning it's easily defencible.

(I'm being sarcastic) Not that it's a terrible idea, the isolation would be good, but depending on how large your group is (how many of your friends and family you want to keep alive) you'll be making a lot of supply runs. Again, not a bad thing, but less people around means less security. More people on runs means less security. Less security means bigger target.

Crossbows will take time to reload just one bolt, electric fences will need some source of power, medicine will eventually expire, and it totally depends on where in the woods you want your house to be. Instead, keep a variety of weapons in your safe space, stock up on water, and set up your home (wherever it is) with certain defences for certain scenarios. Dig ditches around your home to prevent large groups from getting to you, make traps that will alert you of trespassers or infected, and store supplies in convenient locations should the need arise or if you need to quickly evacuate.

*Some other tips* -Cover your body with duct tape. Avoid taping the joints, it will restrict your movement. -put on a wet suit. They have strong material that will not be so easy to bite through. -leather. Leather is a tough material as well. -avoid using a gun ALWAYS. They are loud, and that will attract more zombies. Use bats, batons, knives, etc. instead. They make less noise and are a bit easier to use if you don't have any experience using a gun. -when going up stairs, destroy the stairs behind you, so the zombies (if they can) will not be able to climb up behind you. Find other means of getting down if you do. -Do NOT put your trust in people outside your group. During the apocalypse it can be every man for himself, and people will get what they need one way or another. -travel light. Bring only the necessities, because you may have to escape quickly, and cannot afford to be weighed down by unnecessary supplies

One thing I love about Zombie Apocalypse survival tips: they work great for other situations, like natural disasters or large scale rioting. Any situation where you need to work harder to survive can benefit from tips like these.

Melee weapons, in my opinion, aren't ideal if a real world Z-apocalypse happens... You're only exposing yourself to a zombie's biohazard, which can infected you... I think quiet ranged weapon such as crossbows or even slingshot (easiest weapon to travel with and can wreak havoc for a kids's toy) will be great... If I have to use a melee weapon, a hatchet is a good option (since you can throw it) or a makeshift spear...

There's a lot of debate on what the best zombie-killing weapons are. Weapons dependent on making the target bleed out or fall unconscious are bad decisions when facing down zombies, as it's likely these will have no discernible effect on them. What you want to use are weapons that disable the zombie's movement, so that even if it's unkillable, it still can't keep coming after you. This includes weapons that reliably break bones or cut off limbs on each swing or shot. Bows and spears are a no go, as are most firearms. Another factor to consider is that you're facing down a bio-hazardous foe. You'll want to avoid getting any part of them on you. So avoid weapons that are likely to make a huge flying mess of the zombies. That means no explosive nor motorized weapons. But blood splash is still a risk with more mundane bludgeon weapons as well, such as sledge hammers and baseball bats. This leaves two remaining viable options: swords and axes. But what's the best? Well, consider the possible targets. Unless you're near a military base, it's unlikely the targets will be armored. They'll be slow and relatively easy to hit. Finally, it'd actually be very easy to face off against just one at a time, even with an entire horde nearby, because zombies would likely have the worst attention and memory problems you've ever encountered and be easily distracted by loud noises, only to forget its original target was ever there to begin with. Whatever zombie-killing weapon you pick, make sure to keep it sharp and be careful when cleaning it. All in all, zombies are ridiculously easy to deal with. The biggest problem they cause is when people in important society-maintaining positions get turned, such as power plant workers. In any post-apocalyptic scenario, the biggest threat you'll ever face will never be zombies, but rather, other people scavenging for the same resources and being unwilling to work together for the survival of as many humans as possible. So, in a zombie apocalypse, get your group to work together well and gear up for possibly having to face off against hostile humans.

Get the Russians and their allies, the zombies have never faced an srmy of that size and strengh. Just imagine those thounds or millions of zombies fighting 15.000 Russian tanks. (And in Russia, everything is so heavily armored, that nothing can destroy it)

So build a giant treehouse or baracade a hardware store, make a farm, have a water filtering system by a lake. Have melee weapons, and silenced guns and bunch of friends. Later make giant walls around our area and just chill after that and try to survive. That's my method of survival
