10 Ways To SUPERCHARGE Your Anxiety Healing | Life Changing

Become More Than Anxiety Starting Today Through The #1 CBT Based Program For Anxiety: theanxietyguy....
Description: To supercharge your anxiety healing I want to show you what you may currently be unaware of. Staying unaware of the daily habits that are full your anxiety disorders further can lead to a state of constant unrest. This fuels the fight or flight system into action regularly without any true threat arising.
Comment below on your main points of clarity from this anxiety guy video. Sharing your insights will inspire the other anxiety warriors who regularly watch the anxiety guy KZread videos.
Here are the 10 key messages from this anxiety healing video:
1) No more victim speak.
2) Stop relying on your government, therapist, drugs, or your friends to get you out of anxiety.
3) Stop allowing yourself to accept other people’s opinions of you.
4) Quit thinking that your anxiety started recently and look deeper into your childhood programming and experiences.
5) Give yourself permission to have separate spiritual beliefs to your parents and other people.
6) Turn off the news.
7) Stop trusting and acting on your first assumptions over a situation.
8) Start communicating with your body parts and organs in a loving way rather than a hateful way.
9) Come to an understanding that the ‘negatives’ are only PARTS of you that show up from time to time.
10) Make peace with stillness.

i love the advice not to watch the news...you don’t realise how depressing it is until you stop watching it. i wish though that there was a news channel that is only allowed to report good news, that would be an interesting experiment. The media like to focus on negative events, tragedies etc and it just leaves you feeling a sense of being out of control and panicky. i have stopped watching the TV news and would recommend anyone with anxiety or depression to do the same. Thanks Dennis.

I'm currently dealing with very bad health anxiety. I was diagnosed with complex ptsd. I try very hard not to take the victim role. It is very hard when the anxiety takes hold to stop and think differently or to just breathe. My finances dont allow me to buy programs such as yours so working through this with watching your videos. I wish with all my heart and soul I could be free of this. I will continue to keep working as I want to be better. I'm scared....really scared I might not be able to. Ive had anxiety practically my whole life starting at a young age. I know healing is possible and I cry often with the desperation of wanting to be better. I am strong and know I am or I wouldn't have been able to come this far...I have so much patience for everyone else in their struggles yet find I'm lacking in it for myself. I will continue with the journey and working for the goals I want to achieve. Thank you for your videos as I haven't been able to find a therapist who doesn't want to put me on drugs or otherwise set me back. Prayers and blessings to all warriors with this struggle. God bless you Dennis for all of those you help..you are a blessing.

Thanks Dennis what I have experience in this healing journey is that when you stop relying on other people about the answer you want to know you get the answer withen yourself which are more satisfying. And I have notice whenever the old me habits starts to pop up now I start to feel anxious and bad which means my brain no longer wants that old limiting worrying angry person that I was. It's more happy with new me more open and more peacefull. Many prayers and best wishes for your support.we are on the way of this healing. We will get there.

Number 10 holds true. So many people are just go, go, go and never slow down to take the time to smell the flowers. I found out, when I used to work too many hours, I would never have time to myself and to just slow down. It was difficult with raising 2 kids and all the weight I had on my shoulders. I really struggled with a work/life balance and trying to get enough sleep. (I need my sleep) This caused me immense anxiety. I felt I had to be constantly on top of things and always felt that I had to be doing something. Not only was I taking on my own responsibilities, I was taking care of everyone's responsibilities. I learned I can't save everyone. I have learned that if I don't get everything done today, it will get done tomorrow or in the future. This allowed me to give myself time and just relax without feeling guilty. You know what, it's worked wonders. I am not stressed out constantly and one ball of anxiety anymore. This was a big accomplishment for me. Thanks for the video Dennis

Dennis this is your best video yet ! I'm 23 and a Engineering student currently taking a break from school due to suffering a burnout. My parents are divorced and I had to tell my dad last night that I had a burnout and he has a hard time understanding what i'm going through and he's been pressuring me to work until I go back to Uni after Christmas but the truth is I need some time to myself to let those old thinking patterns wear off and allow myself some stillness as you mentioned and its not because i'm lazy or ''Unwilling'' to work or study right now its quite the opposite in fact I've overworked myself and for the first time ever I've decided to take time for myself and put my full focus towards my well being because I NEEDED IT I've been running around for the last 2 years on auto pilot and now I finally got time to sit back and look back at how I got here ! Witch mistakes did I make? , what can I do differently when I return to Uni ? Self Care is a MUST and this video is gonna put me on the right path to healing and eliminate my limiting beliefs and self doubt ! I've always been told by my dad and some of my grand parents that the only way to be successful in life is to go to college and work 9-5 and to suck it up lol but I I'm starting to accept the possibility that there are other ways I love electronic music and so much I've been DJing professionally in nightclubs for over 2 years so I make money doing that and next summer i'm considering to take a part time job instead of full time to work on my DJing and learn to produce electronic music I also like photography and making videos I feel I should put more effort into those things rather than be a slave to my limiting beleifs that tell me I can't. Sure I may never become the next Martin Garrix but if I could make a living doing those things and make enough to get by i'd be much happier doing that than working a job I hate for more money. I have an Identity and I will live it up. I'll make sure to watch this video again a few times to grasp the lessons !

The part about filtering through the mind of a child (9 year old me when Dad left over 30 years ago!) and not jumping to the first conclusion really spoke to me. I'm going to work on these immediately. Also, stop *reading* the news. I stopped watching it about 5 years ago but with the pandemic, I occasionally get caught up in doom scrolling and that has been just as damaging.

As well as the fear that there is something very wrong (eg cancer, my heart etc) I'm also struggling with another kind of health anxiety. I have M.E. which results in a lot of symptoms, many unpleasant, and when I have one that is problematic I am highly anxious that it won't go away or might get worse. I'm constantly climbing the walls and very depressed, and with M.E. being a bit of a mystery doctors often can't help. This leads me to "no one can help me, it's never going to go away, I can't live like this." I try to distract but with the physical sensation constantly drawing my attention to it, I'm in a never-ending cycle of fear. Can you please advise me on which of your videos might help before I completely lose my mind? :/

I get the same ideas, but it’s all in our minds. Let’s not let it control our lives. Like he says we are warriors! 💪🏼

Nice thoughts. Except talking to your organs and in particular the rice jar thing was too far fetched. Would like to see that “study”.

I have anxiety and don't take meds for it. You have to retrain your brain if you want to really recover. Anxiety is nothing but bad nerves your nervous system is broken down. You heal your nerves with acceptance and not following your thoughts. I hope this helps. God bless u👍❤

I thought you may be for real, until I see that you are just trying to sell something. What a surprise. If you truly wanted to help people, why not give this 'life changing' information to people for free, to help them.??

Seem to have Forgotten my name It is free my friend. At some point in order to follow through with gods work and your purpose a way of putting food on the table for your family must be found. What better way than a reciprocal way between the healed and the healer? For now, enjoy the thousands of pieces of content I have for free and I wish you love and light. ❤️

Truth be told, this man offers an immense amount of help and guidance for free, more than anyone I have ever found in my search. I have watched dozens and dozens of videos, listened to his live podcasts and Q&A's, his audiobooks, all of which have helped me FAR more than any specialist I have dished out hundreds of dollars for. and all for FREE. Do your research on this man and what he has done for thousands all around the world, all for free, before you offer judgment. Sure, he also has a program for purchase, but you will not find another individual who offers more guidance, knowledge, enlightenment and support, hands down, than this man without asking for anything except that you do the self work. The last few months of my life I owe to this man.

He does have to make a living. C'mon, it's not a charity.
