Hey beautiful people! Here are some Natural rituals that are super easy to do that subtly detox your body daily. I see them as my under armor that keeps me well and protected and constantly clearing out the nasties or AMA (toxins) that build up in my body through everything i eat and allow into my senses!! @@courtneynunez9926 I add cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon to water and boil it for a bit. Then steep green tea and finally add a few drops of lemon. Hope you like it!☕️

This is such a lovely video and I definitely want to incorporate all of these in my life as well. At the moment I don’t have a set sleep cycle or morning/evening routine, which is wreaking havoc on my body. But I’m positive that if I try, I’ll be able to get back to “normal”. Can’t wait to try these out, especially the dry brushing and the abhiyanga. 😃
I recently had an Aurveydic consult. She recommend just for starters warm water and fresh lemon juice in the AM before breakfast. This has helped so much with more bowel movements! I feel a little better and a little lighter too.
Loved this. Though I have been following most of them since childhood. Specially the hot water and tongue scraper one. And Indian food is incomplete without spices.

Great tips Radhi. Thank you. Tongue scraping is one of my daily oral health routine. Epsom salts bath and brushing are also favorites, as well as drinking hot water and teas, but eating regularly and going to sleep by 10 pm are very difficult for me. I'm working on doing better.
