Morning my friend! What a good idea. Maybe I can teach piano for someone on the praise and worship team. As they say you cannot just play by notes but also by ear on the praise team. I can do notes and by ear. By doing that you can use your imagination and creativity and do very well on a praise team plus even write your on songs.

@@john2011m Illinois waste money. I replaced a section of the Poplar Street bridge deck in the mid 1990's. It was going to rain in one hour and I told IDOT I could cut the pour off and the concrete would look good. He told me, no finish it and don't worry about what it looks like, because we are going to replace it in two years. About the same time I replaced another bridge deck near the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snow's that was built in 1952 and was still structurally sound.

In 1982 Illinois started disposing of toxic fly ash from the steel mills by putting it in the concrete as a cheap filler. The EPA ignored this as they usually do when large corporations are involved.

Sorry to be late to the party but great video man! I’ve been wondering what I’m supposed to do to support myself while I’m there seeing as how I’m not old enough to retire or anything like that. And of all cities, I’m looking into Iloilo City too! Awesome video you did about that area too btw. What do you or anyone else think about one of these telecommuting work-from-home jobs? Are they legit? Even if they pay minimum wage in American money I can probably still do okay with it there.

The shipping will kill any exporting business. A T-Shirt cost over $50 if sent to the west.
@TheSavvyExpat

That's good to note
@michaelg6641
2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, especially now, I cant imagine the cost of shipping from there, plus any orders take 3 weeks to get here I think. Even in the US it cost about $4 to mail a shirt size package domestically. I tried selling on Ebay, the shipping and their fees kills any profit. Although, Ive been thinking of moving there with my last inventory too, just so I can get out of the US, with $1000 a month apts. and $5 a gallon gas. I can see at least looking at some of those food prices in the Ph malls, the prices are close to US prices, so shoppers must have income or there wouldn't be so many well stocked beautiful massive malls all over that absolutely blow US malls away in comparison. There is no comparison.

hello Evan, great video. I like the idea of selling moringa online. I'm just wondering, how can we ship this as a product to the U.S.? We had our mangos confiscated at the airport the last time we went back to the U.S. 😆 I am always looking for ways that my Filipina wife can make money, and that sounds like a great idea if we could manage the shipping.
Moringa or Malunggay is growing all around my home in Hawaii...I have a lot of Filipino neighbors. 😁 I love Ensaymadas, but what is it with Cheese in the Philippines? Who puts cheese on the ensaymada?
@SelwynClydeAlojipan

Filipinos put cheese on a lot of things. If you don't like it, then offer to pay premium for ensaymadas that don't have cheese on them. Maybe the bakers will get the idea to have another income stream.

How to make income on low wages around 100-200 USD for a American coming to do business in the Philippines?
I don't know what differences there are for renting a house in the Philippines compared to the US. Can you actually evict people as easily in the Philippines as you can in the US? Is it better to have a company to take care of everything like that for the person renting out their home? What are some well known trusted companies? There are just so many questions that I have but I don't want to post them all as the questions would go on for too long. My wife and I have a home that is sitting empty and I would love to make some income off of it while we're not living in it. Thanks for your help Evan.
