I like naval you got a chance.

Before starting the game id advise people to absolutely learn Air RB first, it is something I didn't bother with and I suffer very heavily because of this and secondly I suggest people to play more Arcade tank battles than realistic because it will later condition you with faster reaction time and enough positioning knowledge.

Final tip, dont pay to win/ignore tips 1 and 2

japanese naval is kinda fun ngl.. you get the best torpedoes on your first destroyers that are super fast. get real close to enemy ships and dump 18 torpedoes at them watch em explode

Wish I also knew tip #1 sooner. I wasted at least 6k GE on sl back when I was getting the EJ Kai and Type 10. Premium account is a much more lucrative investment. Especially since I bought the 180 days during a sale. Also had no idea I was being screwed over by Steam. Most unfortunate.

Basicly the whole time he is talking about PTW helping new players is about actually giving them tips to be good at the game not what to stand their money on

Honorable mention: - Use line-up slots to have your highest tier, your grind and leisure time line-ups ready at the press of a button. - Try to make a line-up that just barely lands in Rank III. (BR 3.0-4.0 with outliers.) You mix with new players and people spawn like crazy, meaning it is ideal to farm kills for objectives. (usually locked to Rank III: and above) _Especially with Germany you can escape the unforgiving heavy tank meta that can be a drag till Cold Wars come in at 6.7-7.0 and flip the deck._

Eh. Low tier premiums are fun. I don’t think you should avoid buying them. They are cheap as well. It’s also better to slowly learn weak spots on tanks and how to play the game in low tier.

As I said, if you like playing the specific vehicle or BR range, sure. Otherwise, they won't significantly speed up your grind like higher tier premiums do. Which is what most people are looking for in premiums :)

My advice On first tip, Do NOT Buy premium High tech planes as a newbie, You will go against higher leveled players with more experience who will DOMINATE You, Stick to the basics and when you feel like your getting into it, Make your pick.

I’m a complete and utter idiot so I didn’t understand a single thing after tip 4. I’m grinding US planes, German tanks, and British navy (when I’m listing to Sabaton). My grind style if left to right horizontal. I’m not sure if I should just stick to one singular column or if I should go for completion.

you can grind the way you like, but you'll need to at least buy those needed to unlock the next br, so you can skip investing your time in vehicles you don't like to play, but I do try to at least give em' a try, it CAN be fun. I'm researching Sweden's aircraft (while listening ABBA) and I was doing the same, but at BR 4-5.3 I'm finding some planes that aren' that great for my liking, so I kept playing previous one's until I felt I was playing better. Just don't force you to play for grinding, if you get killed with a vehicle a lot and you know you're not bad at all it's not a skill issue sometimes, maybe it just kinda sucks. It happened to me with some planes that were outperformed by the finnish line vehicles.

The first 20 secs summarizes the whole game😭🤣

I wish I knew the one with buying research for golden eagles when I started playing and that you gotta buy golden eagles for money😭 I thought you could earn like 1 golden eagle sometimes😭

If you need a break from instant raging play naval the most boring thing ever but also the most peaceful thing

Tip: if you're thinking about getting war thunder, in the beginning when you get golden eagles do not spend them on modifications, I regret doing that when I started playing, you're better off saving them for when you might get more or if there's something that you can get with them. Like a premium vehicle.

Just grind the vehicles you want. Use the vehicle before the one you're researching to do it more efficiently

There is no reason to spend GE on RP for vehicles. On some modules on the other hand...

If your gonna spend 3k golden eagles on anything spend it on either skill leveling your crews a maxed out crew on a bomber with alot of turrets will get you far talismans for your grind vehicle as its a permanent increase to earnings w that vehicle and premium Account days as that is an overall increase spend warbonds on rp and sl bonuses and use orders as much as you can but defo never spend ge on asthetics sl or rp directly tge bonuses you get are far more valuable and lasting a pack of sl bonuses will get you more than a mill in sl if your even half way decent

Does anyone know the best team to do and what are the best vehicles out of the ground and air?

150% plus boosters are just another way to spell doom. Or a great challenge for good players and their 100 starting spawning points' heavy.

look at the top tier you want and go down that line

So when following your guide, what am I allowed to spend my eagles on then? :P I feel conversion of free XP to vehicle XP is not the worst to buff your research and bypass some annoying steps in the grinding process quicker.

One thing the video completely misses is to not treat the game like a grind, if you play every vehicle with the objective of getting to the next one, you'll get burned out and be absolutely disappointed when you reach top tier. Some of the most fun you can have is at the low ranks, don't let playing become a chore.

Actually not, thats the crew for my french plane slot. The air crew is level 75, the ground crew is only level 15 and has been gathering all these points :)

Don't forget this is a game about driving and fighting combat vehicles, not just buying them.

I have no clue what most of this means. Crew experience points? Buying models? HOW!?

What are premium vehicles? I just started is there any planes I should go for? I like flying

I think that comes to personal preference really.

All your tips are vaild except Naval, thats personal preference, I enjoy Naval and its getting better as time goes on

@@theDarkside798 Honestly, before the new naval when you had separate matchmaking for blue water ships and coastals it was really fun. I used to literally just play the reserve germany patrol boat and the Ju-87 R-2. When I got killed I'd drop the 1000kg bomb from around 2-3km up and be oneshotting the higher br coastal ships; then they added joined matchmaking to reduce queue times, which ruined the gameplay completely

As someone who plays naval sometimes, you saying it is a “waist of time” upsets me.

The one thing I figured out right away is that World of Warships is way, way better than War Thunder naval. Also, I'm cheap, and I don't spend money in the game, at all.

Been playing for around 2 weeks now, every single time I get a kill I’ll either work my ass off for it and get just an assist or I’ll be 1 bullet away from killing them and they just ran into me shatter my plane into pieces and they always survive another 10 mins with a fucked up plane and never once have I been in a collision where it’s broke or blown up another plane they’ve always survived and I’ve shattered into pieces even if I’m a massive bomber crashing into a tiny fighter plane

Sorry but imma be that one naval player: You can just use a normal ships and get more than premium ships lol...use boosters,orders and wagers,get good and make good naval strategy,know your ships and you can make even over 2 million SL in naval.😂😂 Don't tell people that the only way to play naval is having premium ships lol,normal ships are good but is how one use them. Anyways I like the other tips but the naval one kinda dumb

Nah, that's not true about low-tier premiums. Low-tier is where the funs at. Ive been playing WT since it was just planes. All the old crusty players I know play almost exclusively low-tier to about 7.7. The sweet zone for fun gameplay is 4.0-6.3. If youre trying to get into the game, the quickest way to grind a new tech tree is with premiums, both air and ground. But dont think that a premium is going to magically make you good. Yeah, Im 20x better on the ground and in the air than you are, but then again, Ive been playing for 14 years. Most players have been playing 6 months to a year and a half. Even theyre going to kick your ass. You don't know how to pay attention to map, you cant shoot for shit, and you just dont have the experience. You get mad when your shot bounces but mine goes straight through your machinegun sponson or cupola at 500 meters, but Ive also got a line up replete with event vehicles, maxed crews, and over 120K kills worth of experience in this game. Youre gonna lose. Learn to play the game at low tier. Hardly anybody who has been playing for a long time messes around with high tier. 9.3 is about as high as Ill go, and I havent even done that in a while. Top tier is too toxic and broken. I gave up on it a couple years ago.

Or if youre not poor just buy it all with real money

Thanks for bringing your video to the world. You are clearly being sponsored/paid by Gaijin to say what you're saying to get kids to beg their parents to buy War Thunder's overpriced, virtual premium vehicles without knowing what they're actually paying for. Many other KZread influencers are saying the complete opposite about premium vehicles in this game. Why pay for premium vehicles when the game is still bug ridden & feels underdeveloped? I would actually buy my 2 kids at least 2 or 3 of the premium vehicles. If the game was at least 50% better than the current dev stage it's at. Clearly, the Dev is just all about marketing and selling to make the most money, he can within the first 4-5 weeks of new players arriving.

Tip 11: Don't spend any money on this bullshit game

Don't. Play Naval is the worst advice I've hear on this videos, sincerely, sometime it was the only thing bringing me ba to the game specially in the beginning when I was one shotoed a lot. Also it's the fastest way to upgrade grews and farm SL.

Tip 4: "Don't play naval because I find it boring" There are some good tips in here for beginners but this one is a horrible tip. Naval combat is fun, yes it's slower, but that's part of what makes it fun!

Warthunder is broken garbage. The only mode you can play on arcade is domination capture the airfield. Thats all it loads. You can like and dislike modes to better the "chance" of a mode you want but it's confusing. You can try to dislike domination and it dislikes ground battle or a mode you want ...it's like okay....it's like slecting yes and no at the same time. They need to better the interface for that.....then you can see ban a mode...oh good...I can choose what modes I don't want to play....you must be premium to ban....okay.....so All it can load is one mode and very very rarely another mode...even after trial and error of adjusting uninstalling reinstalling.....I go to others like realistic but it's stupid broken too..... Wtf are there so many players....others are having the same issue as me on reddit.... Stupid penalty trying to fix it: Crew is out having a cup of tea come back later to play.... WTF -_- I don't want to pay premium to see IF the ban modes work....that should be free.

Tip number 0: Dont start playing War thunder

Tip #1 skip this game entirely.

Your aiming versus their aim. Sometimes I can kill a panther one shot. It also depends on the repair/parts crew abilities and how fast. There are a LOT of variables involved. Experience pays off. Both as a player and in your crews.

Tip number one, do not play War Thunder.
