It all perspective. I’ve talked to clients who think prices are much cheaper here than where they moved from.

@ZachPayneSarasotaRealEstate lmao, it's not perspective at all... inventory is pretty much recovered, homes were %50 over valued at a %1.9 interest rate and now rates are almost %8... the boom is over, get ready for the bust..

@ZachPayneSarasotaRealEstate what ?!? Yes there are.. you should be better at research. Reventure app shows everything. Sarasota is currently getting slammed with inventory and sure, you're trying to keep prices up but they're falling

@@KingFergus prices may come down a little but once the rates drop (which they will) the housing market will jump back out. Saying that there is a bust coming to Sarasota means you don’t know anything about Sarasota.
