@@LivinginNorthernVirginia Awesome. I grew up in a small town about an hour east of Tallahassee. I’m relocating for work. I’ll be working in Annandale, so I’m hoping the commute won’t be too harsh 🥴

Besides Tyson’s, Reston has some of the best city planing in NoVa

My agent knew exactly how I envisioned where to live - close to a lake, close to a shopping center and gas station, lots of trees/trails…wow, when I saw the place it was like too good to be true, and available.

*Good view of Lake Anne in Reston* 6:52 *I would hang out at Lake Anne, back in the days, people would bring their children and it was crowded. A lot of fun! *I would visit my friend who lived in the HIGH RISE apartments, ( dont remember the name of it ) . 6:52 *I noticed there are High rise buildings in the background to the left of the video, they were never there years ago* 6:55 *Family lives on Lake Audubon* *Reston Town Center wasn't there when I lived there, it came years later* .

I dont live in Reston but worked in Reston Town Center for 9 years before I got into real estate. I've been seeling real estate since 2014.

Hmm, it looks like what in other cities it's known as "downtown", in reston is known as "the towncenter".

Also the land was own by Gulf western

You will pay to be a part of Reston Association as soon as you move here in addition to your HOA. Reston is NOT a city, it is an association nested in Fairfax county. There’s no mayor or city council.
