Reston Rocks!!
I am a homeowner in Reston since 2019 My options were Arlington, Tysons or Reston. Reston won because of the growth potential it had when i purchased in 2019. The other cities were already capped out and not really built properly. I am a big fan of walkable areas, I do believe Reston will be much more walkable by 2026/2030. It was worth the investment. Pricey, but worth it. Now its nearly impossible to purchase here The development of the new districts are going to take this town to an entirely new level by 2030. The HOAs is def a con of living here
