The median price of homes would be very helpful to provide as there are some REALLY expensive houses that may skew the average.

Here you go. The 2024 median sales price in the 4 major counties in NOVA is $694,000. That number was $642,000 last year. The 2024 median sales price of a single family home in NOVA is $900,000.

Yes, a lot of my disabled vet clients pay zero in property taxes.
Traffic is the worst con about the area. As a trucker i only travel through The DMV at night. Atlanta and Dallas as well
