DDP is one of the first wrestlers I became a fan of. His Diamond Cutter popped me every time I saw it in WCW.

Im almost convinced anybody that became a fan of wrestling in the 90s was because of DDP. I'm one of them lol

I had his action figure,I had it in my hand every time I watched wcw
Always the most believable person in WCW. Every match felt more like a fistfight
He's gotta be one of the only straight up guys. Decent wrestler, good promo's, great entertainer
Got a chance to hang out with DDP several times. The stories were AMAZING!!
Christian is older now than Dallas was at WM 18

Loved his wcw career
So happy I get to say a saw DDP live and at 32 right now, this guy really inspires me to give this a shot.
Ddp is a hero
DDP was why I was a WCW kid growing up and when Ready to Rumble came out?? Done deal, idc what they say, great movie…as a mark? Lmao
This is why the fact DDP isn't working with WWE or at least NXT is absolutely ridiculous, the man is the in ring equivalent of Jim Cornette in terms of being an meticulous note taker and analyser

@@kevinhousen2791 yeah thats probably true tbf which is a damn shame as its obvious to me Page could very easily be an amazing trainer/agent (more the latter) especially with how much he was able to do in a much shorter space of time (so take Batista and make him a great technical worker and promo)

He works with AEW a bit, so he's still involved but I believe he's in his early 70's. The man's earned his time as he chooses to spend it.

DDP!!! WCW 4life
DDP should’ve ended Goldberg’s streak at Starrcade in an epic rematch
It's a real shame about that stalker thing. And you would thought the Undertaker was smart enough or cared about the business enough the force McMahon to cancel it and try something else.
Old school camcorder? I remember when it was cutting edge...
Yo! It’s me, it’s me, it’s HDP.
The main thing we learned from DDP is that it's not just effin yoga

Thought adam nicholas was brian myers for a second.

I never liked DDP, I never thought his character was any good, but living in Canada I didn’t watch a lot of WCW. We did get Nitro but on Tuesday. Canada did not get TNT only TBS. WWE had a contract with TSN to televise WWF Raw on Monday. So I was a WWE fan not WCW even though Nitro was winning the Monday night wars. DDP’s WWE run was a waste so why is he in the WWE hall of fame? There should be a continuation of the WCW hall of fame or call it the WCW wing because DDP is not a WWE character.

There are a bunch of WWE HOF inductees who never cashed a single check from a McMahon (Eddie Graham, Gordon Solie, Rock and Roll Express, Jushin Liger, most of the "Legacy Wing"). It's meant to be a general wrestling HOF (even though it is very WWE centric and VKM decides who gets inducted).

Sorry but I'm Canadian too and I don't know what you're talking about TSN televised both Raw and Nitro and yes TBS was very much available in Canada. I was definitely a bigger WCW fan than WWF/E and got to watch all the shows from Nitro, Thunder, WCW Saturday Night and Clash of the Champions where I watched what was for many years my favorite match of all time Flair vs Steamboat. So I don't know if it's a provincial thing but yes WCW was very available in Canada

@@krizlad Both RAW and Nitro did air on TSN but RAW aired first then Nitro. RAW was always first and Nitro came on at midnight never head to head because in Canada we never got the USA network or TNT. I had to tape it if I wanted to check out Nitro. But WWF was way more popular and they had more live shows in Canada then WCW. More Canadian wrestlers only later because of Bret Hart WCW show an interest in Canada and then later with the lame team Canada stable.

@@Wongwongwong10000 I get that you hate WCW but and yes some of the things they did just like WWE were amazingly stupid but not everything. All I wanted to point out is your post made it look like WCW never aired in Canada when it actually did. And Nitro aired in the afternoon on Tuesday. My friends and I always made time to watch it after school that day. BTW I hated the Russo final 2 years of WCW but they had some amazing wrestling and things in their history and I'm happy as a Canadian I was able to watch it. If Sportsnet existed back then we probably would have had a head to head but TSN was the only sports channel available
Thumbs down for the BLM..
