The amount of stuff like books that I forget I even had , then find them in a box some where and get surprised .

@@ADHDLifeNow same same . Or even I have forgotten I had previously purchased a book so I buy another copy only to later realise oh yeah I remember now I already got and read this book which I now have two of .
I am gonna get NFC tags. In every room something else plays in my headphones once I hold my phone near it. For example: I stick a NFC tag under the kitchen table. If I have to do the dishes, I tap it and the news will play. In the washing room I hear a relaxing song. In bathroom I hear a disco playlist. While cleaning the bedroom I hear a audiobook. Maybe it helps.

@@ADHDLifeNow I've got this idea in my head for over a week now. It's a good thing I wrote it down, because this gave me another insight. On Android you can set routines. (I think iPhones have similar possibilities). I can say: "Okay Google. Play audio for the bathroom". Because I just assigned this to Routines, it plays the songs I programmed. I can do this for all rooms. (And it saves money 😊)
