I knew a very attractive woman who recently passed away at 107 years old. I was complimenting her outfit one time and she told me she bought it in the 1960's. She said that if you buy quality, it never goes out of style. She was always perfectly accessorized. I never noticed a designer logo on anything she wore. I normally don't comment, but I wanted to share how much Anna Bey has helped me! I was introduced to her (by my mother) earlier this year when I was seriously considering ending a relationship I was in. Anna Bey's videos on dating and how to be a more high caliber woman made me realize I was NOT being treated very well. I ended the relationship and started to change my life, for myself and for finding a husband. I got back into old hobbies, started new hobbies, changed the way I dressed, became more aware of how I acted/behaved in public. I let some relationships go, and became open to meeting new people. Let me TELL you...everything changed. I got more attention from men (respectful attention from masculine men), gained confidence, and felt like the world was my oyster. It was amazing to see how much I changed, and how much my surroundings changed. My one warning is, don't let your success get to your head...as Anna ALWAYS says, be humble, don't take anything for granted, and be in the mindset of always growing and improving! Thank you, Anna, you have changed my life, and I am so grateful!

Smart video by Anna. Thanks for talking about fiscal discipline and moderation. Materialism and Instagram are DESTROYING OUR SOULS. Discipline and quality are the key words for me. I once bought a Italian Trussardi hand bag from Venice for 400 US Dollars which is better looking than 7000 US Dollar Chanel hand bag. Go for good quality leather hand bags. Save money for old age, health care costs, do budgeting. Try to buy a home so that you save the rent. The rent saved could go towards mortgage. Discipline in every aspect of life would pay dividends in later life. Seemi from Virginia, US

Elegant ladies also have a range of skills/talents; to be a sewist is one of them. Ladies, if you take up sewing you can literally make a chanel suit at literally 5% of the cost and it actually is tailored to your body! Look at Ana's denim dress, it looks like it was tailored to her body...it looks really elegant despite how casual of a dress it is. That's due to A) fabric quality and B) great fit, that's all it takes to look fancy. You don't have to spend commercial $$ for an outfit that you can literally make yourself with a high quality fabric.

These are super interesting points. I used to spend a lot of money on online purchases around exam times. Almost like a reward for myself for studying well. Or, if i didnt do well, a pick me up gift. All the excuses i gave myself! I bought makeup, skin care products, clothes, bags. Etc Half the things with an expiration date i had to toss out because i never actually got around to using before it reached expiration date. My parents were too nice to tell me I had a problem. when my boyfriend invited me on a morning jog with them the day i had an afternoon final, i was exhausted (out of shape!) But the shower felt afterwards was rewarding, i had so much better focus, and i aced my final. Ive kept a jogging routine since (switching it up for swimming in the summer) and now, i dont even need my adhd medication, i feel great, and it honestly does wonders for my mental health overall. And i said goodbye to my impulsive shopping habits. I do reward myself here and there but definitely only for serious achievements!
