    I love this video. I always love learning sound design techniques. Although on an unrelated note, I tend to focus on Austin's head when he's talking rather than the visuals on screen because Austin has this little bobblehead movement thing going on when he talks. It's fascinating. LOL All Love, Austin. I promise.

    Hey Austin, great vid thank you! I wanna grab some MPM serum presets... which packs do you recommend for modern trap and also modern pop? I was peeping Spectrum and Dark Pop Vol 1 but most interested in the presets over the drums.

    Definitely peep spectrum and dark pop vol 1 for fire presets! Dark pop vol 1 and 2 are perfecttttt drum samples for that vibe!

    @@MakePopMusic In Reason studios we have the nnxt & nn19. You essentially put a one shot synth and it maps it out on majority of keys. Instead of say paying for an Arturia vst or something similar that copies vintage synths, I wondered what people thought of using this method?

    I recommend you use FL Studio Mobile, you can go quite far with that mobile DAW! :)

    We do that on Instagram and we take requests. They don't typically warrant a whole KZread video because they're short. If you have requests to see specific patches replicated, let us know on Instagram :D

    If you can’t use a basic synth without computers, you’re not a musician.. we didn’t have these in the late 70s and the music was better.

    *Better to you Art and culture evolve. There is something to appreciate about how things were done in "the good ol days". However electronic music is a different medium with different skills needed work with it. Just because you don't appreciate it does not mean it is bad.
