For Revan, it was actually an Imperial/Sith Empire Assault Team that confronted and killed him at The Foundry. Not Jedi. Man Whatculture doesn’t properly monitor the topics they cover (and yet again use incorrect titles for their vids, saying 10 yet only showing 9 in the actual vid).

10 characters who returned and only Maul got better because of it. And Echo was pretty decent too, but could’ve been more impactful. Okay after watching more of the video… Ahsoka died at and got resurrected but that was only really a shortlived death. Without her revival, she would’ve not been as great a character as she would have otherwise. And Revan was really well done too, with his split spul. Maul is the only character who was defined by his return. And that makes his character so awesome, pitiful and saddening.

Interesting fact about Boba Fett in the Comic book Dark Empire. You can thank the school kids who lived in Bennington, Vermont for convincing Tom Veitch to bring back Boba Fett. I was either 7th grade or 8th living In Bennington, Vermont, when Tom Veitch was about to write the comic books Dark Empire he held a star wars meeting at the local comic book store. There he ask for ideas for the comic book. One high school boy he was either 10th or 11th grade at the time convinced Tom Veitch That Boba Fett could have survived the event of Return of the Jedi. Side note Tom Veitch told us that the Wookiee was off limits because George Lucas had plans for them. Anyway you can thank a high school kid for Boba Fett survivor. I also had all the issues sign by Tom Veitch too.

I am surprised that you didn’t bring up that Palpatine’s return in Rise of Skywalker was also based on a legends where he also came back via cloning and also towards the end has similar problems with his bodies degrading.

Shame you didn't mention that Palpatine having himself cloned several times was also in that very same Graphic Novel. .... Only prequel tragics complain about Palpatine's return undermiming Anakin's chosen one prophecy. In the OT that prophecy didn't exist, in fact it made its debut in Phantom Menace years later. Anakin/Darth killing Palpatine in ROTJ was all about his redemption, turning back to the light side to save his son, proving Luke right, that there was still good in him. It had nothing to do with any prophecy. The mere fact Darth turned on his master, regardless of how he did it, is Luke's true victory in that trilogy, the culmination of everything that came before it. As George Lucas said himself, the OT was all about Luke's story, the prequels were Anakin's.

Revan's story in SWTOR is such bs. They need to remake KOTOR 1 & 2 and make a proper 3 that retcons it. Also, while most people like the idea of Boba coming back, I think half the fans regret that wish due to how ruined he was. Ironic a character with like 6 lines across the OT was somehow ruined. I mean, he wasn't even really a character. Yet, somehow, they ruined him anyway. Further cementing Jango's place as the superior Fett lmao. Tbh, I don't get why anyone liked Boba, anyway. At least Jango was an actual character. And he wasn't ruined.

Just cos the same thing happened in legends doesn't mean it was executed well. Such things matter. You have to work out the details and foreshadow and explain it or it's just cheap.
