Hi Leila, An interesting lesson about "sophisticated English expressions for a smart conversation". I appreciate your efforts and learned lots of new expressions. Homework: 1. In any uncertain situation, government tends to err on the side of caution and delay. 2. In light of her past records, I am giving him the benefit of the doubt. 3. There are many things, I take for granted and don't even realise. 4. That is the freudian slip that I've been talking about. 5. Smith tried to insinuate herself into the rich Solomon family. Thanks and regards.

And explain them what "that"- the present perfect also ..., obviously... english isn't my first language and this is how Ibe figuered it out ... I have had a great time answering that question. . 'Freudian slip' 2. All my dogs are denying to have chewed my new, exquisite leather sofa. This then begs a question, who did🤔🔎 3. Are you insinuating that I'm lazy? I don't want to take anything for granted, I realize everyday how lucky I am in having what I have. I used to have trouble memorizing some British advanced idioms, but now I'm becoming accustomed to that. I'm going to eat a lot of sweets... vegetables, sorry, for the next months. I suppose "To be at the end of my tether" means approximately "To lose my religion". I'd like to know your opinion about it.

Better to say, I’m ambivalent about starting work...on the one hand I can’t wait to have some time away from the house, on the other, I’ll miss my son/daughter. Otherwise if you say I’m ambivalent about looking after my child, it could sound like you don’t want to 😂👍💕
