    I don’t know but when I clean my life just feels so organised and better. Being in a dirty room just adds to my depression and makes me sadder if that makes sense. I should probably get rid of my dark purple curtains too. I read somewhere that brightly lit rooms can make you happier.

    Habits are indeed hard. I tried your habit stacking advice and it helped me developed at least 3 positive habits :) Now, I incorporate: 1. Meditation 2. 10 to 30-minute cleaning time 3. Exercise (20 minutes max) 4. Lemon water 5. Writing a gratitude journal ❤❤❤

    for someone that hates cleaning I tried to tidy up and clean my space a little bit a day and it makes a world of a difference! you can get a lot done in 10 minutes of cleaning. love all these habits! xx

    I tried the "clean in 10 mins" and I am wowed by my work. In 10 mins, the clutter that I was procrastinating for weeks are almost gone. And my room started to look better, a lot better actually. The stockup pile on my table are gone, the things inside my travel bag from last week vacay are putted out, etc. And the good thing is, I even manage to extend for 5 mins! Thank you so much for this idea. Aside from it feels less overwhelming, it is effective. Gonna continue this.

    This was awesome. I suffered from a major accident at a business I used to own. I was burned with sulphuric acid. 30% of my body was burned. I now suffer from anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I also have been getting a lot of health complications since then also. I do not want these negative aspects of my life to get in the way. I have already started to drink more water. I have started to work on my eating habits. These suggestions definitely resonated with me. I need to work more on my mindset and get back into reading again. It is my goal to help people who struggle with their mental conditions and to do so I must always be striving to improve. Thank you for sharing.

    Sorry this happened to you Jake, I can relate to this. a similar thing happened to me. I would assume sulphuric acid is worse than being burned by hot oil though. How are your burns doing now I bet they look alot different now. ?

    From my experience, drink more water helps a lot, you start to feel more confident, your body works so much better (you can notice it) and also it makes you feel relaxed. And yes, always try to keep your water bottle near to you.💙

    I have been implementing some of the habits you've suggested here, including meditation, gratitude, drinking more water, stretching, and cleaning. Lately I've been struggling with getting the mood to read my self help books, and your tip on making it a short reading session resonates with me. Celebrating wins for me comes in the form of rewarding myself with netflix and having my meal together, and I just realised it as I'm typing this haha.

    What helps me everyday is having some alone time, and then writing things down that I have to do. Plus I find if I make plans with friends every so often that gives me something to look forward to.

    love the video the habit i liked the most was making time to move, and stretch if your in one position for a long time. Being a nursing student sometimes i forget to move or stretch.

    Omg I actually love the one with the cleaning, Because my house is a mess because I'm not feeling great and I'm dealing with stuff but now I just set a timer everyday for like 10 sometimes 15 minutes and it works wonders! So thanks so much for this tip!! ❤ ❤

    I watched this at the right time! Recently had to go to the doctor because I wasn’t getting enough nutrients and my blood pressure was super low (I never take vitamins whoops) so I finally bit the bullet and ordered these 😄

    Yes! These are actually realistic life changing new habits to take on (or remind ourselves to keep doing). So many “life changing” videos are like new years resolutions: you come into them with force and determination but it becomes too much too quick and the mind finds it too exhausting.These are actually accessible and you can build from there, adapt it to your life. I love it! I am totally going to implement the visual cues and cleaning 10 minutes a day in my routines. And I’ve been practicing mindfulness and meditation but not consistently. I can meditate for 30-45 minutes with no problem but not always (because I push myself to keep going and overwork this habit I guess). I want to try the very little 2-5 minutes meditation a day and build the habit on strong foundations before forcing more time daily. That was so helpful and peaceful. Thank you!

    I already drink a lot of water each day and l started adding yoga to my daily morning routine and so glad I did. I already use my planner to plan daily, weekly and monthly. The habit I would like to add to my day is meditation and I hope I will.. Thanks for the video ❤️ Watching u from Egypt 🇪🇬😌
