10 Signs You Are ZINC Deficient

The Top 10 common zinc deficiency symptoms to watch out for.
Zinc is an essential nutrient and co-factor which is involved in over 300 different enzyme functions in the human body. A deficiency in zinc can lead to problems like low testosterone, hair loss, loss of taste/smell, poor wound healing and much more.
Zinc plays a key role in turning over new cells in the body, and is therefore used up whenever you experience an injury, have a cold flu or existing medical condition.
Unfortunately many of the soils have also been depleted of zinc, and you tend to absorb less if you have digestive damage, so it's important to get more of this into your diet from whole food sources, and supplement when necessary.

    When I was around 30 years old I developed adult onset rosacea. I went to two different dermatologist and they both confirmed that I had rosacea! I remembered my sister had gone to a chiropractor and she had a rash on her hands and he asked what it was and she said she didn't know she just had an allergic reaction and that the rash. The doctor told her to take vitamin A and zinc three times a day and then when the rash started to clear up he said cut back to two times a day and when the rash was gone cut down to one time a day and it cleared up her rash! So I decided that I was going to take a and zinc three times a day and then two times a day then cut back to once a day and my skin totally cleared up and ever since that I'm 68 years old and yes I'm older but I have no wrinkles. It cleared up everything on my face! And I have had nothing but compliments on my skin, and I do share my experience and the vitamin A and zinc with people that have acne!

    Do you have any pecan trees? Have they not produced a good crop in a while? They are heavy feeders of Zn removing it from the soil. Not a big problem. Any gardening or plant warehouse will have the specialty high-Zn pecan tree fertilizer. Apply in the fall after leaves have fallen ( even though you may want to buy it now ) according to the label, and then water in low-n-slow to get it down to the he roots. A #5 bag usually costs less than $5. Next year you will luv the difference. And pecan nuts are a good source of Zn for you. Reapply every other year. Cheers🤠

I can’t sleep and I have started having pigmentation and which is why I am searching for solutions. Because alll the doctors I went to so far are only giving me medication for symptoms and every week they add new medication for new symptoms. So I have totally decided to take it in my hand and already I am feeling so much better. Literally I am having 99.9% all the symptoms that you have mentioned here in this video. Cool. Its too bad this type of information wasent taught to us through life. Now that its here, its going to the younger generations that won't even look. Because we weren't taught. We don't know to teach it. Therefore. The situation is more detrimental because the build up of man's poisons has already overwhelmed all societys on earth. But there's not enough time to repair it. But. Don't stop. It's good information we still need. Thanks, peace and stay healthy.

    Hi Ryan, as always thank you for the excellent video! I finally got the Sari non-fortified nutritional yeast you recommended. So far so good, but 1 question, is it ok to take the nutritional yeast if I were to have the MTHFR gene? I suspect with all my autoimmune issues, I possibly do have it, but I'm so confused about which B vitamins need to be methylated is it B 9 and B 12? I'm also trying to increase B1 by using the nutritional yeast.Sometimes my daughter and I have used a whole food vitamin B complex and actually makes us feel worse, so I would appreciate your thoughts on this, thank you!

  • @Jamsie27531

    @Jamsie27531

    Yes, it’s ok if it’s not fortified. Nutritional yeast (1 tablespoon per day) is probably the best way to get all your b vitamins. I have the mthfr genes, one from each side of my family. I have found that taking the proper b vitamins in the correct form (or nutritional yeast) along with vitamin D has caused an autoimmune issue to go away completely.

    Not necessarily as some symptoms cross over with other deficiencies and illnesses. These are a good signpost for what to look for however, so speak with your doctor.
