hey, that's some good observation, and I have noticed a *few*( cough cough) indications from my guy friend .. hehe .. we met through church music team, and since then he's almost constantly reminding me (and probably others) what a 'monk' he is ~ I never mention it. He seeks me out, buys me coffee, etc .. sometimes just little random presents like a happy face balloon or a Christmas tree decoration .. but he'll shout up & down that he never wants a girlfriend .. I just let him talk, and enjoy the company. As long as he keeps coming around, texting me, asking my advice, grinning like a Muppet, and blabbing to his friends that I'm this great keyboard player and harmony singer .. well, who am I to complain? ;-) .. your video points out some stuff I already noticed, plus a few I hadn't considered. Uhm we shared a really awkward hug on Wednesday last week, bc hugging isn't a casual thing me and him do, even tho he considers me to be his best friend, but then I saw him on Saturday and we had 4 or 5 hugs on 1 day, the 2nd last hug was the most comfortable hug and it lasted really long and he did this little soft laugh thing that melted my heart and I'm pretty sure friends dont do that delicate soft laugh when you hug them, it wasn't a normal laugh, it felt more deep and warm than just a normal hug. My dad knows his parents well and apparently he talks about me so much that his parents asked my dad whether he was okay with him talking about me the whole time and hanging out with me alot. He liked me 3 years ago, but we didn't know each other almost at all and I just didn't like him in that way and I rejected him. Now that's completely changed after I have gotten to know him, we've been through alot and he is always willing to talk about things and for us to work things out and say to each other what is bothering or angers us. I truly am not sure whether he likes me in that way, even though he says he likes no one and knows I like him, I still feel like there might be something more, he doesn't hug his other friends, he doesn't introduce them to all of his online friends or get them involved in the games he play, but he does that for me, he also gave me his hoodie when I was cold, bc he packed 2 for some reason? I kept saying that it was fine and that I couldn't take it but he just kept insisting and shoved the hoodie at me. Usually he just hops into the car so we can drive him home, but after the long hug on Saturday when we were about to leave and I left to open the gate, he told me to wait and that he'd get it, which he doesn't ever do, then I said it was fine and he chased after me when I ran to open it first. We've also just had moments, ifykyk. He also does this thing where if I speak softer he also does and we then randomly start whispering in the conversation, but he doesn't do that with anyone else or I've never seen him do that, he'll just speak normally to them. He always comforts me when my anxiety gets the best of me. Ik that when a guy mimics your body language it's a good sign and on Saturday (long before the hug) he was literally mimicing the way I sat with 100% accuracy. He fell asleep on call with me once, bc he was tired and I told him that if he was tired he really could go to get some rest and that we could call the next day, but he said he wasn't tired and he stayed after I told him he could really go bc I could hear how tired he was. He dated someone at the beginning of the year and told me that if he wasn't dating her he really would've asked me out. Long story short their relationship ended very soon bc it was long distance and she dropped him bc he didn't text back after a week, but his phone got taken away so it really wasn't his fault. This was between February and May. Nothing came of those words of his and I don't mind him not wanting a relationship, I just wanna be able to tell if this is actually him not liking anyone or if this is him liking me, but not wanting a relationship and being scared. I respect not wanting a relationship, but I am too curious and I'm getting mixed signals from his side, but I think his parents saying he talks about me alot might be a good thing, since me and him dont talk much during the week and mainly have longer convos and calls over the weekends and play online together, he also teaches me things, I rlly love when he teaches me how to play a game he likes or how to roll for characters on his discord server etc. Please drop your opinions

Anna L. I don't know why boys like to play games like that. Something similar to this happened to me and now it all ended in a worst way now and i feel Fucked up, no matter how I'm trying to get over it, it's affecting my daily life a bit, i couldn't concentrate on myself and things. He was acting like he is still interested though he declared that he just wants to be friends as he is far away and busy to settle down. So i overstalked him a bit with a fake account on social media but he caught that and he himself said to not contact him again and so we blocked each other now. Now this made me thinking that I'm the bad person now by stalking him.

You know I have/had this friend, who isn't really from my country, we were really close to each other, and our connection was something ever female/male friends would want. He used to give me exactly the same signs, I actually started thinking he likes me more than a friend, he acted this way, told me but didn't tell me haha jumping back amd forward. Then suddenly he started focusing on those other girls from his country, outta nowhere, which made me mad cause I thought he is playing with me or smth, and we got into a huge argument for the first time we started speaking. And we both distanced ourselfs and don't talk for quiet a while now. I do miss him and all but I'm trying to realize dafuq is/was going on in his head. It's annoying when you're friends, and you care about each other as friends do but he gives you deeper signs and then starts acting like and asshole 🤔🤣 he did say at one point, he'd be with me if we lived closer, but then why still acting as if you want me.
