The day after I got my pom I took him to the vet. She said he had a real bad heart murmur and wouldn't live more than six months. I called the man I bought him from. He said to bring him back and he would give me another. I chose to keep my little guy. I was afraid they would put him down. After alot of love and being a helicopter mom. He gave me the best joy of my life and lived till he was twelve years old. Miss him so much.

My Pom was almost 16 before she passed away. I have her sister who is 15. Both are a blessing to our home.

@@idrankjungkooksbananamilk9382 No. however small children in the house is not a good mix. Kids think this tiny dog is a toy. It isn’t. Better suited to perhaps older kids like teenagers or homes without smaller kids. It’s not fun being tugged at ,ran after, chased.

I lost my gorgeous princess July 6 2023 I am devastated and still inn total despair and grieving. Seeing this just totally gave me the validation that I was a spectacular POM MOM!!! The vet and others always told me I treat my dogs better than they treat their kids. BUT my Dogs are my kids 🥺 Losing her felt like I lost half of me. I still got my miniature Schnauzer and he is 1 1/2 so I have great time for adventures with him but losing my baby at 13 after doing everything perfectly for her was devastating she had a heart murmur younger and elder years turned into enlarge heart and congestive heart failure and Syncope. I did everything I could treatment and took her to a specialist and ICU cardiac center for dogs, where I traveled and got hotel and my baby made decision I couldnt make and packed her bags and left home to the rainbow bridge. I love her and feel her and cry for everyday.

My Pomeranian was 18 years old…and spunky and active till a month before he became sick…he was my little buddy and miss him terribly…❤

We have a POMCHI smartest dog I have ever known. She doesn't bark unless someone is outside. Great watchdog and companion. Got her at 2 months old. She chewed everything until about a year old. She has also calmed down alot. Be prepared to work and be patient. These are the best dogs. Great personalities as well.

My Pomeranian Rosie passed away on 1/19/24....It is the worst thing that ever happened to me she was seventeen! Rosie had her own bedroom!

I have a Throw Back Pomeranian her name is Ebin her first owners did not want her because they thought they got ripped off because of how big she grew. I have had her for 12 years now I love Throw Back Pomeranians if your pom turns into one remember it's a gift . ❤️

@@eBookInterview Throw backs are the best in my opinion. But understand even if you breed two throwbacks you may not get more throwbacks it is a lineage thing not a breed thing. I'm happy to hear you have a calm well-mannered throwback mine is a spoiled rotten little brat that does not listen or mind LOL

I'd give anything to have him back. I've looked for others but I found I can't afford one. I'm in a fixed income. My daughter bought me peanut. I have a ton of pictures of him on my phone. There is a pom on a fabric commercial that looks just like my peanut. My heart aches every time I see it.

My grandkids found me one tonight because they didnt want me to be alone. She is only 5 weeks old so i have a long road ahead of me lol. I have trained alot of dogs but not a pom. Hope i still have it 😂

My Pomeranian Nani is a jewel we love her dearly, she is so smart and was very easy to train. I got her at 6 weeks, she will be 2 years old in December 2022. My friends are so amazed that she can even speak lol she says the words Ma and No ❤

I have a pomeranian chihuahua mix and he is such a good dog. He has only one problem he is very skidish afraid of everything. But he is a love. Doesn't chew😮 or bark.

5 they do trics for in a show

I’ve watched quite a few Pomeranian clips and none can solve my question. My friend has a Pom, she is lovely when she doesn’t growl and bite. There was a few times where she wanted a pet/rub by me, “she was ok and happy at the beginning but she bites me outta sudden”. Let me be clear, it’s just a normal petting or massaging and she definitely liking it hence I did not stop however still got bitten at the end. Can someone answer this? The Pom request me to pet her, I did not touch her without her permission but Why would she still react that way to me? She also has food aggression, growl when I was far away and bite when I get close to check her out (I do not expect to change on this, perhaps too late for the training). I clean up her space, feed her, gave her treats every time I visit why she still doesn’t recognise me?🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ I hope this can finally be solved, thanks.

@@bilencekicI have one and I would not recommend getting one. I have a French bulldog also and they are the best and well behaved easy to potty train. My pom barks at every one and is super hyper and refuses to use relieve himself outside. It’s so annoying but he is apart of the family so 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have an adopted purebred Pom with a color pattern nobody has ever seen: Cream with all black face with black markings. I'm continually stopped on the street by people who find my female Pom exquisite, as did I. I thought upon rescuing her that she was a mixed breed, however, Embark returned her DNA ancestry as 100% Pomeranian. Any ideas as to how this anomalous color pattern emerged?

I think its built into these types dogs.. turbo.. my dogs 17. With a murmur says vet. Dog is still banging away. Turbo lol im convinced never seen such terrorfying display of zoom vicousness that these dogs hilariously terrorfying.

I rescued a 4-year-old Pomeranian he is not potty trained and he is so hyper and keeps humping everything including our other dog thank goodness my Shih Tzu is a kind loving dog and just puts up with bear sometimes he humps so hard that his little penis comes all the way out does anybody have any advice for me

Reasons why you should buy Pomeranian are,they are very cute,2, they help you when you feel olonly and,3,you have their Soft soft fur to touch and,4 they are olonly when nowon buys them.

Don't get any dog if you don't feel they are an important part of your family and if you don't want them in your house.

There is not any reason to not own a Pomeranian. They are a great dog whatever their faults are all dogs have them there’s more upside than downside.
