Koko was in wrestlemania that ps3/ 360 game came out about 2008....

That is Bob Backlund in SD2 as the legs and body are in the game too This, as well as the other secret unlockable wrestler’s (Andre, Slaughter and Lawler) move-sets, including his, are the last 4 available, which means that is pretty much a 100% confirmation it is him.... ...however as his head DOES have to be hacked in, I guess you can say that still doesn’t mean he’s included in the game, technically

Bob Backlund was almost in 2K16. His tag entrance with Darren Young remains in.

Orndorff was in MicroLeague Wrestling - very first licensed WWF game; Barry Darsow (as Demolition Smash) appeared in WWF WrestleFest (arcade game).

I imagine Giant Gonzalez wouldn't get in a game because of his size. I mean 8 feet tall? That's a bit too big. It was the reason Ridley couldn't get into Smash Bros for years.

It's very hard to figure out who hasn't been on the game rather it's WWF or WWE. Different time zones for different characters. Here's the problem I got with the WWE games why hasn't there been a full series in the game where you play the WWWF time zone. I can't recall playing a game with Ernie Ladd or Thunderbolt Patterson.

2k should do a Showcase based around WWE before Hulkamania like have us play as guys like Bruno, Graham, Backlund and all the greats from that era before Hulkamania ruled

Marty Jannetty should be included with a "Shawn Michaels Showcase" where you play through the big moments in his career. Paul Orndorff should be included in a "Hulk Hogan Showcase", which would also make Mr. T a playable character. And Giant Gonzalez should be included in an "Undertaker Streak Showcase" where you play through Undertakers WrestleMania storylines, which would mean CM Punk would be back in a WWE video game. Also, Giant Gonzalez was not the tallest wrestler in the world. Max Palmer was the same height, and Édouard Beaupré was 7 inches taller.

Unless I’m mistaken and/or this video is several years old I have a distinct remembrance of Tito Santana appearing in 1, maybe even 2 WWE licensed wrestling games. Don’t quote me on this exactly, but wasn’t he on Legends of WrestleMania and/or part of the 30 years of WrestleMania mode on WWE 2K14? I could be thinking of a really good community created CAW of Santana though. I also seem to recall Kobo B. Ware appearing on one or both of those games as well.

About Bob Backlund, here is something I found from the cutting room floor. The pro wrestling 2, a Japanese exclusive wrestling game heavily based on smackdown 2, includes some interesting portraits in its code. Portraits that look like they were ripped straight from the original smackdown 2, same background and all. The portraits correspond to those legends that were meant to be included. Andre, Slaughter, Lawler and Backlund. Since Backlund has a portrait, it seems that unknown, unconfirmed model was Backlund. tcrf.net/The_Pro_Wrestling_2

Paul Orndorff almost appeared in WWE2K14. Orndorff was originally going to be in the game, since he was going to be in a match in the "30 Years Of Wrestlemania" mode. He was supposed to be in the mode in the WM1 match, along with Hogan, Piper and Mr T. (I wonder if Bob Orton and Jimmy Snuka would have got in as well). However, Mr T refused permission to be used in the game, so the match wasn't included in WWE2K14, and Orndorff and Piper were left out of the game altogether.

Giant Gonzalez surprised me in the game they should have featured him in wwe 2k17 I think it was with The Undertaker's streak mode which he was part of.

I’ll tell you someone who I think should be in a wrestling game. He wasn’t a wrestler. But he was a commentator, manager, did some entering work and such. And that is the legendary Jim Cornette. And then spent decades as a part of wrestling. He was with the WWE/wWF, ECW and wCW. He also had his own wrestling pads known as smoky mountain wrestling. He was also instrumental with Ohio Valley wrestling. And he has his own channel right here on KZread. It’s just surprising he’s never been in a game as a manager or a commentator.

2k hasn't added new legends the last few years and has only been removing them. Its time for a new WWE legends game with good game-play for once!

Billy Graham has been on the outs with WWE for nearly 10 years. There was a few years where they patched things up, as well as doing the US only DVD retrospective. But by the time Linda was trying to get into politics he was bashing her and the company. He even claims he sold his HOF ring on Ebay.

No debate on most of these picks! The WWE has a plethora of old school legends that they always overlook when it comes to inclusion. Just glad THQ and Yukes were nice enough to slide a lot of the basic move sets of a few to make caw work more rewarding when making them.

Doink The Clown was in a few games in the 90s as well as Smackdown vs Raw 2009 as a DLC legend along with The Bushwhackers, Earthquake and Vader.
