    Another great video from the Cubase Master Dom Sigalas👏👏👏👍👍. Right after this vid, I purchased the Waves Renaissance Bass😁🍾🥂. I'm just curious Dom, this is out of the topic. How do you put those button switches on each of your tracks? I was looking at my manual and I'm having a hard time how to put those buttons on my tracks🙂 Maybe you can make a vid about those configurations. I'm still new with Cubase Pro 11. Actually this is my first year of using Cubase. I always watch all your vids and also those of your friend Chris Selim.

    I thought it was not a good idea to add harmonics to the kick because it can mess with the phase. So this BBE plugin may sound cool in solo but what about phase issue when played with all the others tracks together?

    You really should have watched a Subsynth tutorial before making this video, you weren't feeding enough signal to the sub,you made the most powerful sub on the market sound like £1 pluggin I am afraid. All the best.

  • @DomSigalas

    @DomSigalas

    Did it sound not subby enough for you? I don’t tend to overdo it with the subs - it’s a recipe for bad mixes. I showed this plug-in like how I’d use it in a real-world scenario not like a demo. Do you tend to drive it way more? :)

    @@DomSigalas there was no sub warmth at all,you had no signal fed to the sub,that its why you were turning nobs in huge increments trying to notice a diference, you did not get any of the sub this plugin offers, watch a tutorial and then use the plugin, immediately when you hear it in action you will never forget it, there's no other sub this powerful on the market, I see many people on youtube doing this,they buy a plugin and start using knobs without any research,you have no idea of the power of this plugin,I really hope you look into it,you will be amazed.Kind regards.

    Really appreciate your insight, but if you have watched my videos you already know that I am not the person who buys a plug-in and doesn’t do research. I do a lot of research before making a video- did you watch the whole video? For me this sub was already over-the-top. I don’t recall if at some point I didn’t feed enough signal (could have happened at a certain point), but like I said this is not a demo of the plugin. I am aware of how awesome it is and how much of a monster it can sound like ! ;)

    @@DomSigalas If you watched any tutorial videos you wouldn't have made the same mistake everyone makes when they don't watch a tutorial, like I said, in Plugin Alliance it is the 1st thing mentioned, they cant stress enough the importance of using the Trim button Before anything else, you clearly didn't watch the tutorials. Kind regards.

    @@ricardodasilva9184 again, did you watch the whole video? At around 19:00 I do just that and I think it’s already over the top and very obvious. This is how I choose to use the plugin. I wouldn’t want to promote anything more than that- but if I did a proper review about it, I agree with you, I would show pretty much everything inside out ;)

  • @HOBBITSODYSSEY
    @HOBBITSODYSSEY2 жыл бұрын

    Shame you didn't watch a tutorial on the Subsynth, you were using it totally wrong,you didn't fed enough signal to the sub by using the "Trim" buttons, so you got 10% of the power only, if that.

  • @DomSigalas

    @DomSigalas

    2 жыл бұрын

    I responded to your other comment (different account?) - I think the plug-in sounds immensely good. But I wouldn’t overdo it by adding even more subs in no scenario ever imaginable unless I wanted to do a plug-in demo. That wasn’t my point on this video :)

  • @HOBBITSODYSSEY

    @HOBBITSODYSSEY

    @@DomSigalas On every tutorial on Subsynth, it is mentioned, the first thing you have to do Before anything else is to use the Trim buttons to feed the signal to the sub, you where pushing the sub to places of crazy settings, and the reason you where not getting nothing out of it is simply because you had no signal to work with. The white light next to the Trim buttons need to light up, that indicates that now you have enough signal to then start using the plugin, its a basic rule and its a shame you didn't watched a tutorial on it, maybe you will try it again now that you know how it works,it will be worth it I promise.
