Fantastic video. Always used rbass and max bass for correcting and adding depth to live recordings. Cant wait to try the other two. Never knew about them.

Superb!! Dan Cooper gets it everytime, great teacher!! Waves not only produces first class plugins but also high quality tutorials, so much better than most of the fragmented or often bad stuff on KZread. This makes it easy what and where to buy. In fact, I have bought nearly every Waves plugin already and use them very successfully in all my productions. P.S. Another great Waves plugin to add low-end energy is IM Pusher.

Waves plug-ins are fantastic, just make sure you have them activated on a thumb or external drive. Changing any hardware on your PC can render them inactive (unusable) , (and you only get one activate a year). I have gotten new internet and changed to wireless, had to wait months to get all my plug-ins back.

You can transfer your plugins as many times as you want however you can only "recover" them once a year.

The problem MOST new producers have is not having too little bass.. but TOO MUCH BASS and they have no idea how to properly mix their 808s and their low end! If anything, you should make a video showing people how to properly tame the low end! Because too much bass is almost worse than NO BASS!

808s used to be cool, but Trap music ruined their magic. Every Trap song has an 808, and most Trap songs sound the same.

facts! I've been producing for 20 years. A friend of mine named me 808 because at the time I was the only person he knew who religiously had 808's in every beat I made. At the time, it was kind of weird because despite 808's already being a thing, they weren't popularized in every genre the way they are now. I still remember first falling in love with music. My grandfather had a crazy Bose system in our home with a huge subwoofer and I would sit infront of the sub and let the sub slap all straight into my face/chest. Perhaps it was just my autism, but I fell in love and got into music at an early age. I still sum it up to those days when I was only 3 or 4 and would just sit infront of a subwoofer for hours.. the bass was always the best part of any song for me. If a song has no bass, I don't really fuck with it. But yeah.. these days 808's are sadly played out. I still love em though like a man loves his wife after 30 years despite them not fuckin no more lool @@hearmenow909
