Took my first (and the most cliche) STAB at a list video in the SPIRIT of the holiday. Okay Ill stop...
I didn't want to just list 10 movies you've probably seen the entirety of, and so I bring you 10 obscure horror movies for you to check out this All Hallows Eve. No ranking, they are all good and worth a watch but keep in mind every one of them is not for everyone in differing ways. I tried to compile a nice varied list of time frames and types of scary.
