    Great routine - so needed this, too, as I do most of the flexibility inducing exercises found on this channel. Flexibility is the basis of all bodily well being. Without flexibility movement becomes more or less impossible. And it is right as you say that stiffness can create all sorts of aches and pains all over the body, knees as well. It's not just strength we need to build because that alone can create a stiffness and pain.Thank you, again!
