I would add "Text Animator" asset, for me it's a very helpful asset too. Nice video.

Very nice video
Very good video idea, and inspiring. Could you do more of that? And maybe also make videos for must have assets for 2D games and must have assets for 3D games and overall assets to make life easier? :-D that would be nice!

The next video will be about assets that help implement Water in the games. And yes, I'll be doing more . Thanks for watching!
Thanks for sharing, useful!
I would also like to add: Hurricane VR if you’re do VR. I used it for my halo horror fangame and i couldn’t recommend it more. It’s super easy to understand and adapt.

You should do a tutorial on rayfire, it's a powerful asset but it's having the time to learn it properly. Or at least the important part.

@@taphubgames which on Rayfire ? Just the usual destroying buildings lol.. Or in general what about getting the best out of the new features in the HD 2023 ? Ie the clouds and water settings. I can't get BIG WAVES thru the water settings I've used. Ps. Don't do a shader graph tutorial... if I see another KZread channel doing another tutorial on it I'll scream lol. You could one on the new particle graph tho.

I liked the video, I signed up. If you do content about Godot, I'll be following along as well. I was already migrating my project before the problem that happened. 😊

Damn. No wonder it's too easy to make polished games in Unity. Their kind of assets can include logic as well. Just import and adjust parameters, and there you go.

everyone always recommends Odin Inspector, but I don't understand what it even does, so I'm not convinced.

Hey, it gives you the possibility to customize Unity Editor windows in the fast way without creating Editor Drawers logic. E.g. you want to perform some action by pressing button in the component inspector, or structure data in some well organized layouts. It's where Odin shines.

Yeah, it's a top of paid assets. Some of them are pretty expensive. However it will cost you 10X times more if you start implementing such tools by yourself. Some plugins such as Odin are crucial for each project. Others might be more project specific.

@@taphubgames I started using Unreal so top unreal assets would be nice, but I've never liked the asset store as its much more for bigger projects( also doesn't go on sale as much ;(. Godot tutorials would be helpful for everyone moving to Godot tho.

My mother said I have a face for radio. This narrator certainly doesn't have a voice for radio. When I could actually understand him, the boring tone of voice combined with the horrible choice of music almost put me to sleep. Next time I'll just watch for content with the audio muted.
