The only reason why Jin was able to beat Kazuya And Heihachi back in honmaru is because Kazuya and Heihachi already fought each other before fighting Jin and Jin was already turning into a devil at that point

Heihachi and kazuya was already fighting. Kazuya on the other hand just got revived after 2 decades and wasn't in fighting shape, considering also the fact that his body has scars and stitches everywhere so he was getting used to his body, and I say this because in tekken 4 he got obliterated by jin, sure. In tekken 5 he slowly gets the hang of things again, then in tekken 6 he was able to draw with lars without devil form while jin got beat in a spar with hwoarang and lost to lars I believe. In tekken 7 he is slowly getting to his peak and back to being kazuya mishima again, able to defeat heihachi and fight with akuma also. I believe in tekken 8 Kazuya will be at his peak and almost unstoppable. He ascends after defeating heihachi and fighting akuma, because in the second reveal trailer it is implied in the fight with jin vs kazuya that jin lost when he says (looks like I have lost...) while sinking I'm water. Then a hand comes down to save him, whether it's the devil jin or not I don't know, but during their first encounter he will lose to kazuya. Even with devil gene, jin still loses because kazuya has better control of it unlike jin who loses control and unable to think. Kazuya is smart and cunning so he'll use that against him. Even kazuy's lightning sparks they are more purplish and darker, meaning he can use devil powers with his own mishima lightning karate, especially considering he can fire lasers in normal form. Then Jin meets Jun and gives him some sort of power or training, and is finally able to control the gene to some extent, then he meets kazuya again after kazuya has probably obliterated the world during jin's training in the middle of nowhere as shown in the first trailer. What happens next I don't know, but I believe jin will defeat kazuya with hard struggle or Jun revolves the whole issue. I hate it when jin fans say he stomped the other mishimas, like bruh kazuya just got back and heihachi was already fighting kazuya. He had to turn to devil jin to finish off heihachi, but decided not to kill him. And heihachi is the weakest mishima, other than old age he cannot beat kazuya and jin in general. He lost to kazuya in tekken 1, then beats kazuya in tekken 2 only because of the conflict with devil and Angel in his mind. He bests kazuya in tekken 4 because, again, he just got aryificially ressurected and isn't in fighting shape. Put tekken 7 or tekken 8 kazuya and jin loses anytime.

Kazuya is not stronger than Heihachi. Heihachi died because of lore reasons, you cannot kill a son in comparison to an old father. That's why. And Heihachi clearly let Kazuya punch him in the end. It could have ended like another Tekken 2 sequence.

Plus lore wise they can't let an old man survive in comparison to his son, so yeah. Also Heihachi let Kazuya punch him in the end, it was clear. He wanted to die anyways. Because either way this could have ended like Tekken 2 all over again.

In T8 hwoarang official story, his BIO, it is stated hwoarang defeated devil Jin , so that's twice already Kazuya is 50 years old, never lost a single fight against non mishimas, Jin also lost to Lars in T6 while kazuya didn't.. that's why you see Jin on his knees against Lars
