    He’s one of the few “derails” that o think will be a staple top 5 in that div I have a weird feeling when jailton is in the top we get a heavyweight meets flyweight where when jones leaves we get rematch after rematch with the top few guys who are actually skilled heavyweights

    As far as raw natural punching power he’s up there with Lewis and Ngannou, but unfortunately he was slow and was only had enough stamina for a round in a half.

    I expected Carwin to be included as well. Dude was 12-0 and a 100% KO rate until he fought Lesnar, one of the best comebacks and the first time Shane saw a 2nd round. I get it, not all were in the UFC but he did make quite the KO streak

    Not saying everyone young is a casual but witnessing Anderson Silva live was the greatest events in martial arts history. The anticipation was second to none. He is the goat and makes legends like Jon Jones or GSP look uncoordinated. He was brilliant. Majestic. The greatest. Glad you had him up on this list he belongs as number1

    100% yes. It is so difficult to explain to someone who hasn't lived that era what was witnessing Anderson Silva in the flow state. It was like, in some moments, we knew that it was impossible for him to lose, simply impossible, like he has unlocked an extra sense or he was from a different species. I know it may sound silly today these words, but I guess only people who watched Anderson Silva win streak back then would agree with what I said.

    I suppose losing to dc right in the middle of the run makes it not qualify for a long streak, but rumbles run at light heavyweight was absolutely terrifying. If not for the dc loss in the middle would of been 5 straight kos, against some of the best lhws of all time and definitely worth an honourable mention imo

    Conor's streak was incredible to watch, but Chuck's 7 ko streak absolutely deserves to be number 1. Watching those fights as they happened was the most fun time in the sport for me. He was just amazing to watch. Damn you Rampage for taking that man's chin away.

    Yup, I remember that fight. Anderson tried for the armbar, but very quickly transitioned into just throwing elbows from the position. Travis was defenseless and got cooked.

Yeah fair hit and miss competition but technically beat a future champ and current champ in Strickland and Izzy and may yet make a resurgence of a streak with knocking g out Jiri I'd definately say it would have been worth a shout out..

    Sorry but Alex 2nd fight in the ufc was a decision over Bruno silva. His longest ko/tko stretch in the ufc is only 2. But mma fans get there stats wrong constantly. Just try to educate yall.
