    I love your channel and the inspiration. Youre killing it. If I might make 1 hopefully helful suggestion. Do the Kettlebell superset before the 10 burpees. It might seem like a small difference but when swinging a kettlebell with a hardstyle swing you want to be fresh not tired or your form can be off and you can injure your back easily. Your clean on the kettlebell doesnt have a crisp snap because your tired from 10 burpees. That means you not getting much hip drive and you could injur yourself. Doing thr kettlells first and thrn thr burpees moves thr recovery right before you swing thr bell and you will get the same cardio but without the risk of injury. You're not going to injur yourself doing burpees when your tired but doing kettlebell swings tired absolutely you can. Thanks again for the inspiration!

    I love combining kettles with burpees.Please dont take this the wrong way just a litttle critique mate...when placing them kettles down dont stoop like that. Bend at the knees and place em down. Got to resprct them bells and rrduce any chance of an injury👍

    Does gymnastics stunt ur growth? When would u gey kids doing Burpees? Single mother raised nephew heaps of anxiety and 8. Im thinking proson burpees...dump the anxiety via the effort, build stength and stamina for sports so make fr8emds easy. His mother is a bit hard on him for silly stuff.
