On that last mini 13, the customer wanted “light lettuce.” Less talking, more listening = happier customers

Not passing sandwiches properly, only 2 slices of pepperoni on a mini #13, not writing hot sub tickets, mini bread not panned correctly, jalapenos don't go on the lid.
