2 potatoes.
1 red pepper.
2 green peppers.
parsley.
1 onion.
cheddar cheese (50 grams).
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil ( 10 ml ).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder.
6 pieces of lavash bread.
For the above:
cheddar cheese.
