10 MINUTES INTENSE STANDING ABS WORKOUT: cardio+ weights

Hy! Welcome to my Standing Abs Workout! 😃🤗
This routine engeges all of your core muscles, as well as arms, back, booty and legs! Focus is, of course, on core muscles! These exercises engage your upper, lower, side abs and obliques!
Workout consists of cardio and weigjted exercises divided into 3 sets. There' s 30 sec resting period after each set!
You' ll need one dumbbell for weighted exercises. I used 3 kg or 6,6 lbs. You can go heavier or lighter or do exercises without any additonal weight, depending on your fitness level.
Stay focused on your form, keep balance and
don' t forget to breathe properly! 😃
You can do this routine alone, multiple times or combine it with some other workouts on my channel. Don' t forget to strech before and after exercising!
