Hello friends! Welcome to my kitchen! The best pork tenderloin recipe in 10 minutes! A simple and delicious meat recipe. A delicious pork tenderloin recipe for the whole family.
Preparation and ingredients:
700 g pork fillet.
Using a knife, carefully cut the pork tenderloin lengthwise (opening it in a single layer).
Repeat after me as shown in the video!
Salt.
Black pepper.
Turn the meat over and do the same.
250 g pineapple (I have canned pineapple in a jar).
Cut pineapple slices into small cubes.
Brush the inside of the pork tenderloin with French mustard.
Place the sliced ​​pineapple in the center of the pork tenderloin.
Sprinkle the top of the pineapple with grated Parmesan cheese.
Roll the pork fillet into a roll.
Place a sprig of rosemary on top.
Wrap the pork tenderloin with string and tie it tightly so that the meat does not unravel while frying.
Add some vegetable oil to the pan.
Add the pork fillet to the pan and brown on all sides.
After the pork tenderloin is fried, place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place in the oven at 180°C / 392°F for 20-25 minutes.
1 eggplant.
Cut the eggplant into thick sticks.
Add some vegetable oil to the pan.
Fry eggplant over medium heat.
Add a pinch of salt.
Remove the pork fillet from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Place the eggplant on a plate lined with paper towels.
2 small zucchini.
Cut zucchini into thick sticks.
Place zucchini on the pan.
Fry over medium heat.
3 teaspoons starch.
1 teaspoon dried garlic.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon honey.
100 ml soy sauce.
Gradually add the sauce, stirring constantly.
After the zucchini are fried, add the eggplants.
Drizzle vegetables with prepared sauce.
Mix well.
Add 150ml water to cover the bottom of the pan.
Using a garlic press, add 3 cloves of garlic.
Mix well.
Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
The vegetables can now be removed from the heat.
Cut pork fillet.
Arrange the meat and vegetables on a plate.
Sprinkle vegetables with parsley.
