Around my area it was SNOWING outside, and that usually doesn't happen at this month.....oof ;-;

Just made this for my 13 year old's birthday (requested by her including the link to this video) and it came out awesome! When she told me she wanted homemade ice cream cake, I was like, uhhhh..... but it was so easy AND delicious! Thanks Emma!

The best part of her recipes are that they are super easy and don't use expensive ingredients!!!

The dislikes are from those who sell these cakes in triple the price. 😂😂

Thank you for sharing this recipe. It’s the simplest ice cream cake recipe from scratch that I’ve been able to find! Most recipes I saw used store bought ice cream or ice cream sandwiches but this recipe uses very few ingredients and yet so delicious and looks professional!!

This is such a great ice cream cake recipe since the ice cream is very soft and easy to cut through. Other ice cream cakes I've tried in the past always had dry cake and hard to cut ice cream. Thx Emma :)
