10 Minute Back Pain Relief: The Top Stretches You Need to Know!

Today I’m taking you through my favorite stretches to relieve back pain. This quick 10 minute stretching routine has some of the best exercises you can do to help alleviate pain in your back, especially your low back. It’s a relaxing, low to the floor practice, so grab a mat and I hope this can help you feel better. Be consistent and integrate this stretching routine and some of my other stretching videos daily to improve posture and flexibility.
