Pilates workouts have a way of sneaking up on you like that 😅. Glad you got a good workout in! 💪
10:03 “We’re in this all together, whatever variation you’re doing” ❤️
Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzread.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
I have been doing 90% of this sequence for weeks now and it really helps keep my backpain in check! It is harder than it looks, and i had to start with taking breaks in between, but now i can do it all and added a couple more exercises as well 😊 my body feels really good after doing it! My goal is to keep doing it every single day!
I’m a new mom and there is so much rounding forward in my day, my back has thrown out twice now in the last 7 months, I was very active during my pregnancy and kept pretty strong but even at that the postural changes are so huge daily with breast feeding, playing, changing, cleaning being tired etc. highly recommend this to new moms, my chiropractor said the back needs endurance training and this is totally it because no breaks but short and sweet. It’s been helping with back pain and I find it challenging which does mean I need it!
I e been doing this for a few months now, and feel a real difference as my lower back pain has decreased. Thanks so much for the great work out
Honestly, best Pilate videos I’ve found on KZread.

Thank you for this short workout! I would love to see more back toning and posture workouts, they are difficult to find.
Wowww this hit a lot harder than expected. I’ll definitely do it again! Thanks !
This was so great! I love having cues with my exercises to ensure that I can gain the most benefit from them. Thank you!
I’m currently struggling with a disc herniation and have been informed to consider Pilates to help support and strengthen my back so it has brought me to you 😊 If you have any recommendations for what videos of yours I should do together and add in as a routine please let me know! Thanks you for sharing these videos so we can practice Pilates at home ❤
I am going to do it every day or two, thank you
I have really bad chronic pain and depression + adhd so I'm so grateful for such a quick and effective strengthening workout (my severe lower back tension is already feeling better after doing this only once so far!!) While also being really empathetic and supportive in your instruction 😊 I get intimidated by the videos where the trainer is too intense and less relatable so this workout really helped me! Thank u ☺️🩷
Great intensity for 10 minutes!

Thanks so much! So happy you liked it 😊❤️❤️
Felt great! Thank you. My last job killed my health; very physical, improper tools for the job, mandatory overtime, and split shifts, now I'm trying to claim my youth back, thank you for such a satisfying video.
Definitely feel like I did a work out. Sore muscles but feel like they definitely stretched further than normal. Thank you for making this easy to understand and follow.

Cool down with Physical Therapist, Dr. Winnie Yu, in this 16 Minute Mobility and Stability Workout for Back Pain: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z3mryLilpM_Ldc4.html
that was awesome. it was very effective and saved me from finding excuses to not work iut today. thank you Chloe
Good rehab workout.... Check the water for the plants, they look a little thirsty...
I try to do short 10-15 minute workouts on different parts of the body. This gave the tummy, core and back something different. I like a variant and this ticked the boxes! Thank you. X
Had a spinal surgery about 6 weeks ago, was pretty bed bound for 6mths before that so I've lost a lot of muscle tone in my legs (visible difference between legs) and my core is shot. Feel like jelly, am very warm and my heart rate is high but I made it, though with lots of shaking and wabbles
This was a great workout. It helped me identify where I'm at balance wise getting back into workouts. I was able to do most of the things without much wobbling. The elbow to knee made my hip pinch so I had to stop 2 short on both sides. Ill definitely keep this up.
This is the best back workout I’ve ever had ❤
I wasn’t think about how much sitting I do in life and how out of shape I am. I’m completely out of breath but will be doing this every day until it’s easy. With light walking. Thank you so much
love this! clear, easy to hear instructions and the time is as advertised!
Excellent work out. I prefer these 10-15 minute classes.
I love this one so much, its my favorite, with the music and timer so relaxing
favourite workout.. doing this everyday to strengthen my core and back! thank u so much
I didn't realize how tight and weak my upper back was! It was difficult but I believe it helped
Somebody mentioned pilates whipping their butts into shape and was wondering how so cos I thought of all the yoga stretching I always do, now I know and I'm subscribed

Hahahah.... I'll take it 😂
Thank you for a very well done instructional!
Okay i like that you was so encouraging and clear without music. i dont know if i did the exercices wrong, ( i pretty sure i was attentive with my posture and everything tho) the title was core and back strenghtning, all i felt getting hot was my arms muscles, nothing in my back...
Thank you 🙏🏼💕
Thanks Cloe
I took it light, it was the most difficult exercise underestimated
never thought of doing bird dogs this way, great variation :)
This is the first workout video that I've enjoyed ever! It's a bit challenging and not so long so I can keep up and also get excited to work out.

Wow! That😅 was challenging even though it was simple and short 😊I absolutely feel the burn and strength coming to my weak spine 😅 thx u thx u will do again and again 😁🎉❤
I love it!! Thank you very much
Fantastic! My upper back is my weakness, but I already feel stronger 💪
Great, thank you!
hahaha underestimated yesterday thought it was too easy, just to wake up next morning with an aching abs and arms😂 thanks for this!
Thank you
Truly excellent and definitely very challenging! xoxoxo
these exercises are hard for me. I had been bed-bound for a year until I finally had a spinal fusion. I am not sure if it is atrophy or what. But I will continue to try.
I hated it 😂... It was just what you said... If you don't like it, it's usually good for you. Very good video, thank you.
thanks. this helped me when my back went out. I also added downward dog. I was back to normal the same day. 😊

Im doing percussion and i have to carry tenors and i need strength for my back and core i hope this works it did give me a pain afterwards which i have to get used to but really good workout
Thanks, will let you know the results/benefits soon.
hi !! can you explain how this strengthens the core? i'm trying to strengthen my core for a dance routine and i would just like to understand how it activates it!
nice Chloe
What do you recommend to build consistent breathing? I’m having a hard time focusing on that aspect.
Can we do these exercises if we have a disc bulge from C3 to C5??? Please response.
I am looking to find some strength to help me do the headstand. I don't really know how to make my core stronger the most manageble way, hope this short rutine will help.
Do you have any advice for wrist pain? My working wrist really starts hurting when I’m using only one arm to hold myself up
are there more exercises specifically to strengthen the back of the core (back trunk area)?
Hello every. How often should we do this workout?
fuck, that was pretty intense for 10 mins 😂😂😂
How many days should I do it?
Idk why my arms really hurt when I do the elbow to knee thing. It just destroys my balance . What should I do?

If you're not doing these things already, try to actively engage your core, and spread your fingertips so you distribute your weight through your entire hand instead of only the wrist.
Is it a bad indicator if my ribs hurt or are sore during?
Amazin you are wellcome Thnx🇽🇰✅️
Is this safe if you've had a lower back fusion?
Can I do this workout even if I have neck/shoulder tension or will it worsen the problem?

I thought this was going to be easy but here I am sweating & with arms shaking & the realization that I probably won’t be able to do anything w my arms tomorrow
Can I do it without stretching at the end or warming at the beginning?

We recommend a good stretch before and after a workout whenever possible! Here’s one for you ✨: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y4OoypKAn92dXbw.html
The bird dog exercise the lower back should not be arched it needs to be lifted and brace core. People with weak core and back pain need to do this
I really enhjoyed that - good stretch but still working muscles and even got your heart rate going a bit too xxx
this srsly exposed all of us 😭
Is it normal for it to hurt your pubic bone and chest? Laying on my belly caused me a lot of pain for some reason..
Is it not necessary to stretch after this workout. Waiting for reply

We recommend stretching before and after all of our workouts! Here's a good one: kzread.info/dash/bejne/iot8rrKtYdWemcY.html
For some reason this one really hurt so. Looks like I’m going just abs today lol.
Hello. This says back and core but it’s back and arms. Is there a back and core one?

Am i the only one struggling to lift my legs up when I'm laying on my stomach?
starting to do this bc everyone keeps on calling me weak
@bhaveerathod2373
Жыл бұрын
It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks, do this for yourself ❤
It hurts when i lay on my stomach, feels like a lot of pressure
It’s deceivingly harder 😮💨
Instructions unclear: I stretched too hard and gained the anatomy of a looney toons character.
Just too hard on my wrists to try and hold my weight.
Look easy but it’s not great workout for my weak back and core
Hard to understand what to do when I don't know some of your words
I had nooooo idea it was going to be this hard👩🦯 Thank you for the workout ❤️
