Just remember that your brain is still developing until around the age of 24-25 so make sure you're getting your omega 3 and proper nutrition. You might also still be growing. I had a tiny growth spurt around age 22 so don't skip what your body needs.

Love It! Some workouts say they're for beginners and quickly become too intense for a true beginner. This workout was enough to get your heart rate up and begin to sweat without being overwhelming. I feel great after completing day 1. I plan on starting my day with this workout every morning.
I just did this one. Can't follow all of the steps but I kept moving the whole time. I am so out of shape and need to lose weight, too. Thank you for the lovely videos and your encouragement and compassion.

Today is my first night. This will be my morning and night routine.
So glad I found this video. I tried so many other dance workout videos but they were all too high tempo for me and moved on way too quick (I'm so un-coordinated and lack rhythm!) but this feels doable for me while still getting good exercise. Thank you.

Perfect! I drive semi and have gotten so out of shape. But I have changed my eating habits and needed something I can do in my semi (privacy) every morning before I get ready to drive for the day. I tried this and was able to modify some of it to work in my semi. THANK YOU!

I love it. Great Beginner video. The 10 mins went fast. I tried other zumba dance videos and had a hard time with the dance steps.

Music is great. I would view this more as a mobility workout rather than Zumba. It is a great way of mobilising all the joints to get going in the morning.
