This is the second Part of the SPLIT GUIDE.
I think it's good to start with Part 1 and continue with Part 2 straight away.
You can always do both in combination or mix it up during the week.
I love to stretch 15-20 MIN. after a leg workout so these 2 fit perfectly together or you just go with 10 min.
The more you stretch the faster you will get your splits.
If I have a rest day or don't feel like to workout I just love to stretch instead.
You should be warmed up before you do this one though.

Day 1 (26/04/2021) part 1&2 done ✅ : almost 27cm from the ground lol i still have a very long way to go but i am motivated to get that split done! Slowly but surely Day 2 : rest Day 3 : part 1&2 done ✅ Day 4 : rest Day 5 : rest Day 6 : part 1 &2 done ✅ Day 7 : part 1 &2 done ✅ 24cm guys!!! This is working cant wait to split completely 😍 Day 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 : i couldnt do it i was sick 🤒 Day 13 : part 1 & 2 ✅ Day : 14,15 : rest Day 16 (10mai): got back to it, part 1 & 2 ✅ Day 17 : part 1 & 2 ✅ Day 18 (13mai) : rest Day 19 (14may) : part 1&2 ✅ i can already feel a difference... cant wait to make it!! Like my comment if you are interested in the progress

I tried it like 3 times but i only lasted for a week or so, SO HERE I AM trying it for the 4th time, hopefully see you in 3 months 🤩

@@najouaaouioued801 i dropped it because i do not see the progress much, and the lesson i got here is you need to have flexible hamstrings and hip first to be able to do the splits;)

Today I start practicing Day 1 Day 2: at the beginning it was sore (from yesterday) but soon after I enjoyed the stretch Day 3: finished with much less sore than yesterday Day 4: I have little to no sore on the legs. I think my body adapted. However, there's this little pain in the back that concern me. Maybe my posture was incorrect Day 5: I am about 15 cm off the ground now
I just love doing this video because it kind of calms me down to look at Mary, because she just looks awesome and this attitude.😍😍😍

i love this! it's been so helpful, i'm almost down in the splits! this is great for those who ant to get in the splits, and it's great for anyone else too. me and my mother are doing a project about getting in the splits, and this has been so helpful to me.

Willl, this is the first day i practice i will practice every day I'm excited to make my first split 🤩.
I'll try to do this everyday! Want to get those splits! Also are the pulses in the stretches more effective than without them?

Yes the pulses make you go deeper, but be careful they increase the risk of injury. So don’t overdo them, and listen to your body

Guys it's not scam. I did both part 1 and 2 for about 2 weeks and I can do the splits now!

@@AJAniq-hl8hw Do both part 1&2 in a day everyday. And you'll get the splits in about a month. I got them in about 2 or 3 weeks after doing it everyday. I didn't alternate tho but maybe you can try it. She said it's ok to alternate but the more you stretch the better.

I'm a dancer of 20 years and now a teacher of jazz modern, and this is a good video, but for somebody who is not anywhere near doing the splits it is not going to be enough, stretching the hamstrings and hip flexors will require more intensity this workout is more of a warmup for somebody who can do the splits, this is not a split preparation workout you literally have to endure pain to lengthen those hamstrings which is what I had to do to get mine when I trained as a student. I have the methods on my channel.

Hey I’ve been trying to get my splits done and I’m doing these videos and really like them. But one question: I always do a workout and stretch normally before doing the split stretches. Can I do these stretches without working out before ? Like on a active rest day for example where I don’t work out but still wanna do these exercises?

I do part 1 and part2 3 day.very fantastic I can spilt just 3 day.I do all exercise all channel one week spilt but I can’t spilt but that is just three day.I really late to saw that🙁

Ich mags sehr ❤️ aber habe einen Fehler entdeckt ab Minute 8 ca. machst du für links zwei mal side lunge (einmal Hocke und einmal sitzend) aber vorher für rechts nur einmal side lunge (Hocke), das bringt mich immer durcheinander 🙈

Nein das ist ja noch die gleiche exercise. Du musst dich also theoretisch nicht hinsetzen sonst wäre das eine extra Übung. Oder andersrum: du kannst dich bei der rechten Seite auch ab der Hälfte hinsetzen

The 30 seconds were way too short without a few seconds to change position. When I was in the position starting to feel it the beep sound already came and it was really stressful
I don't se a difference and i make this all day i two month
The cueing is a little off...where was the child's pose? The wrong leg was worked at times but good video...
