    This Sholder Pillow looks amazing for college students. My backpack is really heavy and after a long day this would be devine. I also love the eyemasks, I had them with lavender and they helped me really well with my sleep problems ^^

    I LOVE the eye masks. They really feel amazing. They are also good if you get headaches. We have a similar product in the US to the menstrual pain heat pack. The brand that makes them is called Thermacare. They also work really well. As someone who gets extreme cramps, they are definitely a huge help. Thanks for the video, Kim! Can't wait to see the next one!

    I love the heat up ones that you can put on your body directly (I haven't tried the ones for clothes yet, but I have some). I always put it on the back of my neck. I like the Kao ones that you can put on the back of your neck too -- the ones that work for about 30 seconds. Those are soooo good and they smell good too.

  • @EmmaAppleBerry
    @EmmaAppleBerry6 жыл бұрын

    The stick on heat/cool packs are in aus too... kool eze i think is the name & i think elastplast was the brand of heat stick ons i used for pms but they are both expensive like minimum a dollar per stick on usually more like 2 though. So i tend to on use it for the really bad times or if im going to be out all day otherwise regular microwave heat packs and ice packs from the freezer are way cheaper and more effective. You can also buy ice gel and the muscle warming gel that ive forgotten the name of and use that its also cheaper and you can keep it in your purse and reapply. Theres also a japanese physical belly warmer like a tube thats fleece that you pull up over your belly and it keeps it warm and the light pressure is comforting ive heard. It acts sort of like a thermal but its more of a female comfort type thing something about the asian idea that the atomach should be kept warm no ice cold water etc but its breathable like made of bamboo and stuff and its not massively thick that itll be bulking out your tummy. And theres also specialised expensive clothing that is like ice pack usually in the form of a vest like a tradie or a bodytight one that you keep in the freezer and wear under your clothes so that you dont overheat etc ive been considering inVESTing ignore my pun lol in one for the worst of outback aus summer when its like 40 degrees for weeks and the night doesnt get much cooler. You know the heatwaves that kill off people. That or you can buy electric blanket if your into being warm snuggly feeling im personally more of a cool fresh airy person so i have a penchant towards flowy light cooling things not that i dont love me a good pair of fuzzy socks mind you or theres the other option if you have a dryer chucking your pjs or whatever your wearing for the day inside so that right before you step out the door you can change oit of your warm pjs and into warmer clothes. Or my favourite method the clothes in the freezer method. When i know its foing to be like 45 50 degrees the next day I get a plastic bag pick out my outfit for the next day including undies and mist them with a bit of water not enough to make it wet or even damp just a light dusting so theres water there that will freeze and make tiny lil ice crystals and be colder than if i put them in without it. And seal the bag and bury it in the freezer then just before i leave after having a ice cold shower i put them on and head for air conditioning thatll keep til around lunch at which time ill usally eat some cold fruits apply some ice gel or a neck ice pack from the work fridge. I'm the always hot type seriously id walk around melbourne winters in shorts and thongs - as long as my chest is warm my whole body is like a furnace even though my skin will feel ice cold... yeah i was considered a member of the undead for that ability so if anyone has any tips for staying cool im all ears

    As far as I know, to put warm things on your stomach during your period is wrong. It is sth you should never do for certain reasons: firstly, when you keep the area hot, you might be helping for harmful bacteria for infection. Second, if your period is painful, it might be signaling some issues down there (not always, but yeah sometimes pain is caused by some inflection) so be careful, do not use such products. It is not recommended by doctors. Even if you wanna use, put them under your feet, not on your stomach. Please do body streches to deal with period pain

    Definitely need those period helper ones, and the shoulder and heat patches/packs. I live in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. XD Love the cold and wet, but my joints don’t love it as much. XD Questions: What’s the difference between the pink and purple of those “slimming socks”, cause I have very poor blood circulation? And then on the silicone mask, could you use that with any mask? Like, I use a lot of the Skin Food masks, like the pore masks and black sugar honey ones. So, not just sheet masks?

    I have a stupid question lol. I love the kao heating eye masks, but they says to wear it for 10 to 15 minutes than remove it. So obviously if you sleep with it you probably end up wearing it longuer than that. I fell asleep with it by accident one time and I was worried because of the time limit lol. Is it ok to wear it for more than 15 minutes ? But my eyes were sooo relax when I woke up the next day compared to usually. OMG ... The menstrual heat pack is just soooo good. When I saw it at the drug store I was ''What is that...''. I bought it because I have bad period cramps and it saved my life ! I work from home, but when I have to get out of the house on those days I just stick that and it feel so good
