This is a very fair review. JAL does very well with its staff (who are consistently gracious, at least in my experience) and its superb Sky Wider economy seats (8 across on the 787 while other airlines pack in 9 across in the same space). I quite like the meals on JAL too, and agree they are lighter than what some other airlines offer. I agree that the IFE system and offerings are not the strengths of this airline. Given the whole package, however, I'd say they are currently the best around. Cheers, Guy

Hello, yes all amenities shown in the video are included including food. Lounge access is subject to the economy class fare that is purchased. Flex tickets include lounge access at Tokyo!
