The thing that I love most about the Rollins turn is that one person in the crowd saw it just a LITTLE faster than everyone else and cries out, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" like a time traveler who JUST missed.

Owens turning heel-squared was a great turn, but Bryan might be my favorite of the 2010s. Daniel Bryan turning after *no one* thought he ever would again and becoming the ultra-righteous Captain Planet asshole to match Kofi's rise to WWE Champion was the best main roster heel turn of the second brand split. The dude was the best babyface *and* the best heel in the company in the span of just over five years. Very few people can accomplish that.

His first heel turn in 1997 could've been an honourable mention, considering it was the beginning of the Rock.

Man I remember when Ciampa returned in his match against Gargano at TakeOver New Orleans. Just pure hatred from the crowd. That is a lost art.

Pro-wrestling is what it is today because of Vince McMahon. Not only is the guy an absolute shoe-in for the WWE Hall of Fame, he deserves his own wing. But the guy is a narcissist, and he was off his rocker for at least the last 15 years of his time as the boss.

I remember getting a text from my brother the night Roman announced his leukemia diagnosis. I watched the rest of Raw, and when they announced the Ziggler/McIntyre vs Shield match, I was excited af for the main event. I knew the Shield had to win. I was freaking out when the Shield eventually won. And I was legitimately shocked when Ambrose planted Rollins with Dirty Deeds. In terms of story (before it got bastardized), it was perfect. And I agree with Adam; that was one of Michael Cole’s best calls ever.

Thank you, Adam. My brother just died from cancer like 2 days ago. And I truly missed you after quit the whatculture. But right now there is something about your voice and the sarcasm that reminds me on my brother Nathaniel that makes me feel whole for a moment and not like half me is never coming back. Me and him watched every RAW from like 90 til we moved out in the 00. He stopped watching wrestling for a long time. Until I showed him Orange Cassidy and the laughter me and him had watching those ....

@Seth Freakin Rollins Its really not.Even today I watch Whatculture for Simmon Miller and Adam Clery. Yeah its not as good as it was back in 2016 and 17 yet still,I feel Whatculture is still more enjoyable than Cultaholic

Ambrose turning heel was the first segment that made me feel something in years and they squandered it within weeks.

My favorite heel turn is Adam not giving us How WWE should have booked Asuka’s streak

For me it had to be Seth Rollins. I loved The Shield and when he hit Roman with that chair it was like a punch to the gut

For me it was Dean Ambrose's heel turn,everybody expected it but still nobody saw that coming on the night Roman announced his leukemia

HHH turning on DX and joining the Corporation at WM 15 is one of my top favourite heel turns of all time

Seth Rollins by far...nobody saw that coming. My favorite, though, is Ted DiBiase turning heel on Junkyard Dog in the 80's Mid-South.

Nah, there were plenty of other heel turns that were on par with Rollins' one, and in some cases even better. Definitely not "by far".

Finn Balor's heel turn was also incredible

"Despite already being heel, he somehow managed to heel turn again" is, objectively, the funniest thing Adam has ever said.

Watching Shawn Michaels turn at the barbershop will always my favorite turn because I was actually there at Tuesday in Texass with my brother and Dad.

My favorite heel turn is really Neville in his return, back when Cruiserweight wrestling in WWE actually mattered to an extend. Also, is Batista turning on Evolution the greatest face turn of all time?

I thought Orndorff turning on Hogan was a great heel turn.

By far, Adam is one of the all time best narrators on youtube at least imho. Also if Jim Ross and Michael Cole get shout outs for their calls helping the heel turns. Adam totally selling the wording of these entries is huge

Mr. Davis did not turn heel. He gave us all what we wanted and he’s now possibly one of the greatest babyfaces of all time. Be grateful.

When Vince retires completely I do hope whoever takes over the company makes sure to put the old bastard into the Hall of Fame because love him or hate him the man has been absolutely instrumental for the best times in the WWE and he should be lionized for it.

My earliest memory of a heel turn has to be when Randy was betrayed by Evolution (I grew up with tape recordings of the attitude era but never had any where someone turns, unless it’s Austin at WM). My favourite recent one has to be Ambrose on that night of Roman’s announcement. That was the first time in a while a was shocked.

I always love coming back to this video bc Adam pondering what heel Roman could be and what he became is just wonderful. Nearly 3 years on and Reigns is not just one of this generations most defining villains, he is possibly (imo) one of the greatest heels of all time.

You guys forgot The Rock turning heel at Survivor Series 1998 and joining The Corporation. It was one of the biggest angles of the Attitude Era

One of the most shocking heel turns to me as a kid was Paul Bearer at Summerslam 96. He had been with Taker for almost 6 years and was as much part of the gimmick as the black clothes and the funeral march theme.
