If you really know anything about nutrition, how can you do this with any kind of conscience knowing that with 70-80% of the population has some degree of insulin resistance? Every thing on your list with the exception of the cheddar cheese is very high or at least high carb, Quinoa and all the legumes are terrible. Many do not consider any legume (includes soy) human food, I wasted a year of my life on plant based eating.
