10 Fastest Dying States in the United States 2024

10 Fastest Dying States in the United States 2024.
The U.S. population continues to increase year after year. In the past decade, the country saw a 6.3% increase. So why are some states seeing a decrease in their population?
Some of it has to do with the economy of each particular state. When there aren’t job opportunities, people leave. But another chunk of it is the lack of educational growth opportunities. In general, each state tries to accommodate the majority of the population. So, if your state is filled with older generations and you’re in a younger generation, you’ll probably notice that schooling opportunities are lacking while retirement communities are in full bloom.
We looked into this phenomenon and found out which states people just don’t want to live in anymore (and then discovered the reason why.)
From being too expensive to live there anymore to retirees living out their dream of retiring on a beach, there are lots of different reasons people are leaving these states. Keep watching to find out.
People move for a variety of reasons. Lower taxes, better job opportunities, warmer weather. But whatever the reason, they all have the same goal.
They just want to live somewhere that’s going to improve their current quality of life. This is why these 10 states are losing residents faster than gaining them.

I would have thought California too, but I guess this list is 2024, maybe things have reversed from the last few years. California always seems to bounce back because people like to live here. Good jobs, lots to do after, before and around work, diverse, younger people who want to be here. The people who wanted to leave have left and some of them are even coming back after finding the grass isn't any greener. New York is on the list but it is one that seems to always bounce back too. I wouldn't have guess Alaska being the #1 but I don't think I could handle the dark months and cold weather. Texas is growing but it would not be my choice to move to. I don't know enough about the other states on the list the only one on the list I would have considered moving to would be Hawaii, but I think I would get tired of it.

I left the USA in October of 2001...and swore NEVER to return. I was SO disappointed with the NSA for ingnoring the warning signs of an IMMINENT HOMELAND ATTACK in the previous years. Specifically the first attack on the Trade Center... It hurts so bad that I LOST the will to live there anymore ESPECIALLY how the government is operating nowadays.

Go to Russia or North Korea. Maybe it’s a better place for you. And if you left US 23 years ago WHY you still watching videos about USA?

I heard that.... our government doesn't care about their poor or lower working class I'll be leaving too, soon to another country, because I'm fed up with what's going on and it's going to get worse as the years go by 😢

@@CissieAH1967 thank you for your understanding my fellow American🇺🇸🫡... sometimes running away from a difficult situation is wiser than staying and lose composure standing STILL... I hope that makes sense to you. I think Johnny Cash made THAT same decision and he was the MOST PATRIOTIC man you could ever meet...may he RIP🫡...and may you have a GREAT DAY and weekend 🤙😎🍺🥃🍺🥃🥃🇺🇸🫡 OS-3 US NAVY inactive reserve NAB Little Creek Virginia.✌️
