I'm 52 years old trying to get in shape. I tried doing each in 3min each 1 min rest and almost didn't make past the first round, lol. Coach Anthony ain't no joke. Great video.

Just touching with the jab sometimes works better than throwing it hard and you loose less energy setting up those combos. But I’m sure u know that. Great video🥊

I like these combos majority of them I use already and they truly work. Tbh I did not like the execution (when throwing left liver hook I pivot waaay more for more power. Your shoulders remain almost square to opponent) but everone has his own preferences. Love the slap left head hook and body hook afterwards. But I have really one more which makes you land beatiful uppercuts im the infight: Right body hook, right uppercut. Man this combo is gold. Didn't think this works so well until trying myself. View Mike Tyson footage, he used it all the time. Doubling punches on one side makes the incoming punches hard to predict.

He remains square to hide his attack to not telegraph that's smart sometimes with body shots my brother, you don't need a awful lot of power when you have accuracy to lay your opponent down. I'm a huge fan of body shots and when the opportunity arises for me to throw a huge power shot to the kidneys or liver I will most certainly do that but I mostly pick and poke around for a while to annoy them a bit,,,,, boxing has a million different combos man you know that just as much as I do at the end of the day if you can read your opponent fairly well you're going to win simple.
I'm going to try these on my mother in law..

Great video love combo ones,specially first 7 I use all the time,glad got uppercut one in to,wish I had aqua ball lol,for me jab cross still most effective,as a kickboxer though like to add kicks with the punches,one thing definitely wasn’t very good though coach ???,that pink shirt 👚 sorry that’s just not allowed where I’m from lol,

study canelo, mike tyson, julio cesar chavez, and dwight muhammad qwai. Learn when you walk some one down use good blocking, catching, slipping and angles.

just remember to watchout for elbows when throwing body shots if not careful you can break your thumb voice of experience speaking

The state I live in and even the town which is the biggest in the state, doesn't offer squat for the youth or even adults for things like MMA, BOXING gyms,,,,, it is a really boring ass state,,,,, it offers other things I'm interested in thank god but I would love to have a boxing gym a real legit boxing gym open in the area or even MMA, kickboxing would be even better I'm a fan of Muay Thai big time
