10 Chair Exercises for Arthritis

It's National Arthritis Awareness Week!
Here's a great chair routine to follow if you suffer from arthritic pain and need to get some daily movement in!
Repeat each movement 10 times and complete this entire circuit 1-2x/daily!

    I usually make 10 of each, and if I can I repeat it twice a day, if not just once, greetings 🙏
